Room is nice, clean and quite. Internet is good. Comfy mattress. Room is narrow, little space for luggage. No bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, toothpaste)

Kamarnya bagus, bersih, dan cukup luas, kasurnya juga nyaman. Memang gak dapat sabun dan shampoo, tapi ya lumayanlah masih dapat handuk. Cukup worth it untuk harganya.

Comfy and clean, even the room is cleaned everyday. They have a sharing kitchen so we can use the kitchen appliances.

(+) Cleanliness was good, quality of linens good, location is perfect! (-) No welcoming from staff in charge (impolite), they don't know about our reservation (so funny) and ask me to check our email and make sure that we came on the right place. Then it's okay, I show it to him and he said okay? Parking is so difficult, it's okay we can accept because of the situation. When enter to our room staff said there's no amenities at all (soap, toothbrush, etc.). Just because the website not prepare it for us. (This is really make me laugh. Since when room amenities prepare by the app? Last but not least. Wi-Fi and TV channel was terrible. Nothing we can do at our room. Hope the owner can make it more better service and facilities in the future. Before so many guests are disappointing with your property. Thank you anyway!

Recommend for staying here, clean and comfortable hotel, friendly security service. Very strategic because it is in the city center, walking distance to Sudirman.
