Perfect for a family vacation. Although the building is old, it is well maintained and kept clean. FYI, there's no stove, no water gallon, or hair dryer, but overall, that's not a problem. There's a supermarket downstairs.

The apartment is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of Kota Kasablanka Mall. The room is fairly comfortable and has a spacious living area. However, the furniture feels outdated, which is understandable given that the building is quite old. The shower didn’t work properly — the water flowed like a faucet rather than spraying as it should. The sofa had a dusty smell, suggesting it hadn’t been used or cleaned for some time. I was worried when I read the reviews that the staff there were rude. It turns out they weren't. Everyone was friendly. Everyone was very helpful. The facilities were also okay. It's perfect for a family stay. It's just that some of the equipment seems a bit old. But it's still tolerable because everything is still in good working order.
