The room I stayed in was nice, clean, and comfortable. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Meal quality (both room service and in Wyls Kitchen) are great.

Overall experience is good. However, the receptionist didn't allow us to have 2 keys to our room which is very inconvenient since we're staying there for our friend's wedding and we're the groom team. So it's a hassle for us to go back and forth without 2 keys on hand. We need to continuosly asked for lift access to the receptionist when one of us doesn't have the room key. And throughout my hotel experience during pandemic, this is the only hotel that doesn't allow us to have 2 keys. Really don't understand what was their intention to do that….

One day stay with my mom and baby, all the staff are friendly, good ambience, breakfast was great, and the most important thing they have baby box, definitely will come back again

The only reason we stayed in this hotel is that we like the pool đŸ˜†. But turned out the room, the staff, the ambience, and the service were excellent too! Definitely will come back!

Love this hotel, neat and tidy lobby with marble floor fill the luxury, sandard room is big enough for me and my son, comfy bed, good location at south area with affordable rate and free parking, many good spot to take photo, will come back to try the restaurant and pool.

Overal the place was quiet good, but the staff and services was very bad. They billed an additional breakfast about Rp 120.000 for 1 person, I totally sure that my booking details is for 1 room which is a couple of people should get a breakfast!

The room was not clean, and the receptionist was not friendly, carrying my own bag to the room. The initiation of changing room is also coming from my mouth, not her. The telephone is not Connected. Even I tried several times. If you are in the hospitality Service industry make sure you make good hospitality based oN stars you have, The pool is under maintenance without further notification. Really disappointed. Thank you.
