It was so disappointing. I booked a 3 bed room villa for 2 nights, it was B I/19. The villa was dirty. The worst part was the smell; so horrible. I asked the staff to clean the room but nothing changed. Also, it was surprising that for 3.5mio per night villa, they did not provide a daily cleaning service. The only good part about Villa Vimala Hills was the exterior and thematic parks, the rest was big no. I won't come back.

The place is very comfortable, cool, really beautiful. Nice scenery. The villa is clean and the service is also very satisfying. Good vimala hills will not give up staying here. Recommended

Villa the best ... of some of the villas we visited, only this villa is the quietest and safest, perfect for relaxing ria with family. This villa like the villa itself, because it is not difficult at the time of check-out, the children were quiet to play bikes, the car is safe because there is a garage as well. Not many vehicles passing by because the villa is in the cluster ... Merenlah basically, Regret deh for you who often weekend in Bogor area and the peak has never tried in this villa.

The villa is good and it's still new, it's still very quiet. The location is delicious near the Ciawi toll exit. If the ascending direction is closed to the top, it can still pass through the rear gate through the alternative path of Ciawi who wants to go to Sukabumi. From my choice of a 30 bedroom villa with 1 bedroom above (tulip 1), it turns out the bed does not match the description. He wrote 3 double beds, in fact the bed in a single size room could not be for 2 people, and room 1 was under a bunk bed with a rolling bed. Continue to spray for the toilet water does not come out so it can not be used. And there is no standby maintenance to fix it. In the villa there is a stove but it should not be used and there is no gas. But there is a microwave and large refrigerator. There is no WiFi and no TV, so all the picture channels are bad, because only use the antenna inside. The yard is wide and there is a hanging swing in the patio.

The shape of the villa house, very spacious, the bedroom is large, the bathroom is large, there is a family room (TV), there is a dry kitchen, there is a back porch that is really fresh, there is a microwave, kettle of water, plates and cutlery cups also exist. Complete.

Modern and nice house, but not right for holidays, the atmosphere is like a housing complex not like a villa, quiet and far away to the swimming pool facilities and others. You have to use a car for about 5 minutes, housekeeping on request.

It's not recommended to stay here ,, I want to stay 5 days by paying 1 day 3 days but I don't get good service, there is no gas canister to cook with my kids so I can't cook, no hair dryer, tv it can't be watched, the couch and the sheets are dirty and smelly, no coffee and tea is provided and what is worse when the night dies the new 30-minute lamp is served contacting the old officer because there is no telephone line directly to the operator so every phone call and how our pulses can be imagined long response. Not in accordance with the info 24-hour service (when contacted at midnight all employees have returned), there is no manager on duty who oversees only office boys who are less experienced and not educated specifically, very not in accordance with the info as a 4 star hotel. Finally I decided to just checking out a day, just one day is very memorable as a nightmare.

Very disappointing! As in the photo, I think the villa turned out to be a house that was rented out (managed by "hotel management") dirty house, lots of barrel, kitchen sink clogged up to flooding everywhere (engineering try to fix it for 3 hours, the reason the water trap is clogged, but it didn't work either) the most severe, expectations of villa rentals can cook on their own. It turned out that even though the stove was provided (without gas!), The management and owner of the house were not allowed to cook. This is my worst short getaway experience, added because I brought my wife and child still small. I decided to go back to Jakarta the next morning. When checking out, the hotel employee bribed "apologize" to me by giving me a hotel voucher and e-toll. I take it because I don't want their other employees to abuse. 3 million / night will be cheap if my family and I have a pleasant experience, but like this it feels very expensive.
