This hotel really unexpected, they don’t have elevators. So if you have luggage you have to lift it up. Secondly in the bathroom they don’t have hooks to place your towel or clothes when you go to shower. And most make feel not comfortable, in the last day I stayed I don’t have water in my room. They have some problems. But it’s take too much time to fix it. I going to work without taking shower!

The room was very hot and the AC didn't work, the room had no windows at all. It's true we sleep like in the oven. Very unpleasant. Service is not good.

Early check-in lights went out. Only 1 towel, no toiletries and mineral water. Paid parking. Cannot move rooms or select rooms, even though rooms with dirty mattresses have scars. TV signal is not good.

Pesan untuk orangtua dikasih kamar di lantai 4, tidak ada lift. Minta tukar kamar di lantai 2 tidak bisa alasan token listrik habis, kebersihan sangat kurang, toiletries berbayar dan air minum tidak tersedia.
