Pihak hotel berhak untuk membatalkan / menolak reservasi jika tamu tidak dapat / menolak menunjukkan kartu identitas yang diminta. Hotel has a sharia policy. Will not receiving any reservations made by non-married couples and that the married-couples has to present themselves with a valid government-issued identity prior to check-in such as Indonesian ID card (KTP suami-istri) / Marriage Certificate / wedding photos. Failing / refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card or cash to cover deposits and incidentals. Special request may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Special request availability is not guaranteed. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the air conditioner is cold, the bed and bath towels are clean, can have a simple breakfast, can get bottled water and get toiletries (bath soap, toothbrush). Service from the guesthouse staff is very good. This guesthouse is located in a fairly quiet area, good for rest.

The atmosphere of the guesthouse is comfortable, away from the crowds, and the noise, perfect for resting and doing tasks that require full concentration.
