Got a free room upgrade, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately, when I stayed there, the water was often problematic, not flowing smoothly. I complained repeatedly but still said there was a problem with the water pipe. But other than that, it was really good.

This is one of the most worthwhile hotels in downtown Tangerang, close to everywhere, the station, town square, mall, culinary center, etc. The hotel concept is unique and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is commendable. It's just a bit unfortunate that the toilet might be a little crusty, but it's still comfortable to use. The staff service is good, the room cleaning service is also good, responsive. I personally like it. Yesterday I stayed in a superior room type, 2 nights, and it was very comfortable. The facilities are complete, according to the description of our booking. For the room itself, it seems not soundproof, because yesterday the sound from outside was very clearly audible, footsteps, chatter, etc. were clearly audible. For those who want a quiet or silent atmosphere, it might be a bit disturbed. The check-in/out process is easy and doesn't take long, there is breakfast too, but yesterday I didn't have the chance to try it, next staycation maybe I will try the breakfast menu. Oh, there is a laundry area, ironing, and clothes drying, but self-service, that's already a plus point. Ah, that's enough for now, next time I'll come by here again, I'll review again whether there are any improvements or even reductions, see you💖

The location is good, in the city center, close to Ramayana. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. The room smells, and it's not comfortable for families. The bathroom is small. The sink is dirty, with a lot of dirt from the faucet not being cleaned for a long time. So I had to brush my teeth with bottled water. There are no refillable bottled water options; you have to buy it from a vending machine. However, the staff is good, and there's a play area in the room. There's also a sandpit inside the hotel.

My second stay at this hotel. I booked a Girls Room, which sleeps four people. They provided four towels and four bottles of water. There was also a hairdryer. The room and bathroom were spacious. The TV was a smart TV. There was a laundry room and ironing facilities. Best of all, the hotel's long hallways meant I could go for a morning walk. It was comfortable!
