This is the 4th time staying here, starting from the service, the environment and also the hotel rooms are very very comfortable and safe. Especially if you choose the top floor right, the view looks clearer and better.

As for the rooms and facilities, it's good, okay but for WiFi it's really slow, especially on the 7th floor. So please parties. Hotel to improve its WiFi to make it better.

Plus: Bakalan jadi hotel favorit kalo ke Batam lagi. Kamar bersih, rapih, staff ramah-ramah, viewnya bagus menghadap ke laut dan keliatan Singapore. Lokasi strategis, rame, harga affordable, pokoknya terbaiklah Zest 🥰. Minus: menu breakfastnya simple/ga banyak pilihan apalagi untuk yang menu ringannya. Tapi it's okay.
