My recommendation is that, as an all-inclusive resort, towels should be included without charging guests an extra five euros. Including towels in the price and making them easily accessible to customers would enhance the overall experience. Additionally, I suggest removing the rocks from the beach sand. It’s uncomfortable to walk on rocks when accessing the beach, and this can be particularly challenging for people like me, who are not accustomed to such terrain—I twisted my ankle as a result. The beverage selection should also be all-inclusive. We came to Italy specifically to enjoy Italian products, and it was disappointing that some locally made items were not available. Including these would greatly enhance the experience for guests like us who seek authentic Italian offerings.

Very nice hotel area - especially gardens, spacious rooms, hotel has kids playground and outdoor fitness area, enough free parking spaces. Good food, although coffee at breakfast is really bad. Drinks at the bar way below average - not really worth the all inclusive package. Beach could be better taken care of - many stones and looks like they just threw some sunbeds there and that was it. Needs lots of improvements. We kept finding glasses around kids playground, there should be someone who cleans it up. Also no one spoke good enough english so conversation with staff was rather difficult - if you speak french no issue. very big minus for extremely late check in (16:00!!!) although the check out is already at 10!! Pool towels are paid for - ridiculous in a 4 star hotel...

We had to spend €5 per towel and was not able to eat a single thing between 2pm and 7pm. Food was inedible and low quality. Super mass and the pool smelled funny.

This resort is a family friendly resort that seems to cater to French, Dutch, and German tourists. Starting with the positives, the decor is well done. The lobby and common areas are well appointed. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Aurora in the restaurant in the morning deserves special recognition for her warmth and accommodating attitude. The massage with Michele was superb. Now to the negatives which unfortunately outweigh the positives. We’ve traveled many places in Sicily and easily find good food. Unfortunately the food here is well below Sicilian standards. Breakfast never varied over our four night stay. No salumi selection (only turkey meat and Swiss cheese). For hot food only crepes or omelette with cheese (no additions). Coffee was instant, brewed coffee extra. There was a party every night with loud music, so much so we had to raise the volume of our TV. The parties ended at midnight. The safe in our room did not function but we decided not to request a repair. It is billed as a four star resort but that is generous. If you’re a family looking for activities to occupy your children day and night then this might suit you just beware the food will not be at the level Sicilians are known for.

La struttura è perfetta, pulitissima, accogliente; gli spazi comuni funzionali e curati, la zona pranzo molto organizzata, senza attese per i pasti, con grande varietà nel menù, la camera spaziosa con letto comodo, il personale professionale e molto disponibile. Un ringraziamento a Rosella, la cameriera ai piani.

Ambiente e envolvente excelente, ótimo nivel de serviço, empregados muito simpáticos e disponíveis, internet otima a funcionar em todo lado. A comida, com qualidade, diversificada e bem confecionada. Quarto um pouco pequeno mas confortavel, tudo ok e com varanda.A praia, com muitas pedras (Seixos polidos do rio que desagua nas proximidades)

Goed onderhouden resort, mooie comfortabele, rustige, propere kamers. Eten goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Aangenaam liggen aan het strand. Wat ons tegenviel waren de beperkte uren: ontbijten slechts tot 9u30. Op vakantie willen we liever wat langer slapen en/of eerst sporten en dan heb je geen ontbijt meer. Voor een all inclusive is het dan ook verwonderlijk dat er nadien enkel nog een croissant te verkrijgen valt. Dus zeer beperkt op dat vlak. Ook de drankjes die inbegrepen zijn zijn vrij beperkt en na 23u is alles betalend. Qua cocktails bv geen echte aperol spritz maar een lokaal alternatief, een gin of whiskey tonic maar geen mojito, piña colada of dergelijke Onze tieners vonden het wat saai : weinig te doen (animatie was wat schreeuwerig, de discotheek erna was gewoon een vervolg op show met een animator die wat meezingt in micro: sprak niet echt aan)

Fint hotell men med väldigt avskilt läge. Stenig strand. Med maskiner som röjer på tomten bredvidz Fint poolområde. Franska chartergäster upptog större delen av hotellet. Inte så genuint som man kanske med facit i hand föredrar när man är i Italien, både gällande service och mat.

Hôtel très propre le personnel est Au petit soin pour nous et l’équipe d’animation est très très bien. La nourriture est très bonne, je n’ai rien à dire sur cet hôtel, il est parfait..

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with a private beach, pool, and very well-maintained facilities. There are free parking spaces available, and various sports activities, such as football, are offered. The room was excellent, clean, and well-kept. The only downside was that the food became quite repetitive after a few days, with similar options like pizza and pasta every day. Additionally, the drinks included in the all-inclusive package were served in paper cups, which could be improved. However, I was satisfied overall!

Speisesaal sehr hellhörig

Die Anlage bietet alles für einen kurzen Familienurlaub. Strand, Pool, Zimmer, etc. sind top. Lediglich die Umgebung bietet wenig bis keine Möglichkeiten.

It was a very nice hotel if you wanna chill and see the nearby cities like Palermo or Cefalu. The food was yummy, the coffee was just perfect. There’s not much to do but it’s great for a little break

Struttura molto bella, moderna, con tutti i confort. Camera bella, pulita, ambiente confortevole. Cibo buono, presentato molto bene. Piscina bellissima, personale molto attento e gentile. Animazione composta da persone molto allegre, rispettose, e coinvolgenti

Struttura grande, arredata con classe e pulitissima. Animazione non ossessiva, discreta, professionale e gestita da ragazzi ECCEZIONALI. Ristorante con un'offerta gastronomica per tutti i gusti. Personale estremamente gentile, preparato e attento (Angelo il più bello di tutti :P). Se proprio devo trovare un neo...forse aggiungere alle stanze qualche suppellettile (come un bollitore). Fosse per me, andrei a vivere lì:)

Mare e piscina non tanto buoni

Sehr schön, modern eingerichtet, schöne Zimmer, geräumig und sauber. Die Matratzen sind super, alles sehr neu und gemütlich. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend, der Service ist sehr gut. Nette Animation, Wassergymnastik, Sport etc. möglich. Alles in allem ein gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie
