Comfort Hotel Osaka Shisaibashi is located near the Dotonbori area. Despite of the rooms were not spacious and the bathrooms were quite small but the dining place was comfortable enough to eat and to read. Because they also offered books to read as it's name, Library Cafe. And the foods were delicious. The staffs were kind and friendly and accomodating. We could borrow some stuffs such as nail clippers, universal charger, extra pillows and umbrellas for free. Overall, the hotel was comfortable enough for stay in.

The hotel Comfort is close to the heart of Dotonbori, provided breakfast was good to help me start my day, amenities was sufficient, 24 hours restaurant available nearby hotel. Train station a bit distance from the hotel.

Best hotel and really comfortable for us. We spent 5 nights and continued to Kyoto, and came back to the Comfort Hotel for another 3 nights because it was a very comfortable place for us. Best breakfast, best location and they even prepared the breakfast space for any guest that want to drink or eat in the afternoon or at night. We could sit down there and enjoy free drinks, eat our instant noodles or other snacks that we bought. So we didn't need to eat in our room. Really really comfortable 💕 Will miss it so much 😊.

Great experience. All staff are friendly and kind, they are giving service with the smile. Clean room. Nice breakfast, unlimited coffee and lemon water. Convenient, near train stations and shopping centers. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you!

The best experience ever! All the receptionist are nice and very accommodating, specially the night shift one I forgot his name but he really extended his help to assist us. We are so grateful for your help. Will come back again here for sure 🥰.

Strategic location. Nearby halal eating places; Dotonburi juat 5 mins walk. Nice staff. And have free flow of drinks at any time. The breakfast also very good.

Hotel near shinsaibashi pier. 3-4 minutes to go. 200m from small aeon. 100m away, there is a pretty good ramen shop open 24 hours. great location. eat breakfast
