We stayed only for one night and had a restorative sleep there. The staff was very welcoming. Room was clean, bedding nice. Good location close to the metro. Only downside were the fact that the baths are men-only (which I hadn't understood from the descriptions), and the hotel is overall old-looking in style (room a bit crowded with dark wood furniture).

Great hotel for the price! The staff are all very friendly, very clean, the onsen included is very relaxing especially after a long day of sightseeing. Very short walk to the shin-osaka station and Midosuji line with lots of conbini nearby

Absolutely terrible hotel. 50s style furniture .. the TV was a 20 inch and still took the RWY component cables. The wifi did not work AT ALL, who ever set the wifi up has never touched a network in their life. They give you a book for amenity rentals which include: Hangers (what?), Scissors (really?), nail clippers (SERIOUSLY?!!?! GROSS). I have stayed at hotels waaaaaaaaay better than this one for the same price. Terrible stay
