The rooms are a bit cramped for 5 people, but so is every other hotels are in Tokyo area. Unless you don't mind paying a very high end hotel. I still give them 5 stars because at least we were all accommodated in 1 room. Room smells good, we appreciate the good AC at the entrance and in the rooms, a must during summer. We also like that all toiletries are included even facial care. There's 711 and My Basket, our daily cheap breakfast go-to. Laundry Lounge is within 2 minute walk. Daimon and Hamamatsucho train stations accessible and walking distance. Lots of eateries nearby that comes alive especially at night. Close to Haneda airport. Lots of foreigners renting this hotel. I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very accommodating too.

Figuring out the best way to get from the airport to HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Hamamatsucho is key to starting your trip off right. Whether you're after speed, affordability, or convenience, here are a few options for your hotel transfer from the airport.

  • Taxi (most direct):

    A taxi is the most straightforward way to get to the hotel. You can find taxi stands outside both Narita (NRT) and Haneda (HND) airports. The journey from Narita can take around 60-90 minutes, while from Haneda, it's closer to 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • Limousine Bus (comfortable and convenient):

    The Airport Limousine Bus offers a comfortable and hassle-free transfer. It runs regularly from both Narita and Haneda to major hotel areas, including stops near Hamamatsucho. Check the schedule for drop-off points closest to HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Hamamatsucho.
  • Train (JR Line) (cost-effective):

    The JR Narita Express (from Narita) and the JR Yamanote Line (accessible from Haneda via the Tokyo Monorail) are efficient train options. From Narita, take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station, then transfer to the JR Yamanote Line to Hamamatsucho Station. From Haneda, take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station directly.
  • Ride Hailing (convenient):

    Ride Hailing services are available in Tokyo. You can book a ride through the Traveloka app upon arrival at the airport. This option offers door-to-door service and can be particularly convenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Purchased with breakfast for family of 4. When i got to the hotel they said i still jad to pay. Reakfast for my kids bc they didnr count when we booked bc kids sleep in the same beds as their parents. It was insane. Rooms were very very dated ans dingy and smelled musty. I jad to keep uaing an inhaler bc I was getting wheezy. The AC only barely keeps up, it was still incredibly hot even with it running full blast. Elevatirs are tiny and not enough for the amount of people so it was not uncommon to wait 10 mins. Breakfast is gross. Eggs looked like oatmeal in consistency. Staff was snippy and rude. I would not go back.

Good area. Lobby has a bit too strong air freshener smell but overall stay was very pleasant. Staff were super helpful and nice. We had our luggage shipped here from Osaka with zero problems at all! It showed up the next morning! Room was a bit cramped for 5 people plus all the luggage but definitely managable. Would recommend!

This was my first ever hotel for my first visit to Japan. I was amazed by how the hotel looked and the staff friendliness. They made sure you had everything you need (toothbrush, mouthwash, body cloths, hairbrush, slippers, pyjamas). The staff would greet you once you arrived as well, which I found to be great. Amazing hotel to kick off my Japan Trip, would come here again.

I’d like to give an enthusiastic five star review of this hotel. We stayed here as a family of three for four nights. The customer service was excellent; when the cleaning company accidentally took my daughter stuffed animal to be washed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter stuffed animal was returned to us from the cleaning company. They were always super friendly, warm, and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing, and every day we look forward to some new variety that was available in the morning. The rooms are a little older, you can tell that the staff took great care in it. I would like to especially commend the female receptionist who took the time and care to take down our issue, who took a picture of our stuffed animal, and who saved the trip for our daughter;

Great location to get onto any train line, very close to Haneda airport too. The best bakery we found in Tokyo is very close by so easy breakfast. The rooms are a little outdated but we have received the best hotel service here, the staff are very friendly and speak good English which makes it easier. You also get free water every day.

Staff was extremely pleasant and professional and also spoke English. Room was clean and included daily water bottles. About and 8 minute walk from Daimon station. Air conditioning worked well.

I liked the proximity to the train station, the friendliness of the hotel staff, the breakfast, and the pajamas. The room was a little outdated and too small for 5 people.

The facility is kind of old and out dated. Breakfast was ok, pretty basic. They did have curry pan which seemed different from other places.

I’d like to give an enthusiastic five star review of this hotel. We stayed here as a family of three for four nights. The customer service was excellent; when the cleaning company accidentally took my daughter stuffed animal to be washed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter stuffed animal was returned to us from the cleaning company. They were always super friendly, warm, and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing, and every day we look forward to some new variety that was available in the morning. The rooms are a little older, you can tell that the staff took great care in it. I would like to especially commend the female receptionist who took the time and care to take down our issue, who took a picture of our stuffed animal, and who saved the trip for our daughter;
