Hotel Villa Fontaine Osaka-Shinsaibashi

This hotel don't have 24 hours reception, and then far from subway station, cannot keep your luggage before you check in or you check out And then not everyday cleaning.

The room is clean, not very big, but can carry 2 bags of 28-inch and 24-inch bags at the same time, there is still a bit of room left. If you get a room that is an even side, it will look a little bigger. Close to shinsaibashi and dotonbori shopping districts. Walking and shopping are fun everyday. The room has all the amenities, shower soap, shampoo, hair dryer, robe, but at the review, it has a foot massage too. But we didn't have to go. Ah But it's fine. Overall, it is considered very good. I like it. If I have a chance to go to stay again.

The hotel is nice, clean and close to everywhere, all available. Halal Indonesian halal food is also nearby.

I lost my travel adapter in the hotel room. In the morning before leaving, I saw it still stuck to the wall stecker. I don't think it's necessary to pull it out, it's not going to disappear either. And at night when I returned to the hotel, my travel adapter was not in my place in all rooms, on the desk, in the drawer drawer, I thought maybe the clearing house that cleaned my room pulled out and put it on a desk or drawer, but it didn't there is. In fact, I searched all the bags, suitcases and backpacks, but I still didn't find them. I then report to the receptionist. I explained that I lost items in their hotel room. Then the receptionist connected with a man via a video call (maybe the manager) the manager asked me to look back in the room. Okay I will find it again. They also said that they would ask the house keeping section. That night I borrowed the hotel travel adapter to charge the cellphone, camera and power bank. About 30 minutes a receptionist told me that there was no house keeping section. And they say tomorrow they will ask to the laundry department, maybe they will get carried away. Tomorrow night I asked the receptionist again about my item. They said there was nothing in the laundry section. Because there is nothing, there is nothing else they can do. the receptionis answered me. I asked how the hotel was responsible for losing items in their hotel room. And they answered easily there was nothing else they could do. And if I am not satisfied, I am advised to report to the police. Even for the hotel travel adapter, we cannot use it and must be returned at check-out. In essence we were very disappointed with this hotel. Even though my item is lost maybe the value is not big, but still I as a guest feel disadvantaged. And how can they not want responsibility. The one who holds the key is just me and the hotel. So I'm not a recommendation for this hotel. All my life, seven generations I will not return to this hotel!

The hotel is very good. Clean, not narrow room, easy to find, near shopping area. In the evening, get off at Namba station. Strolling down to Shinsaibashi and entering the hotel everyday After walking out of the hotel, we reach the Shinsaibashi subway station. There is free breakfast to eat as well. If coming again, then will stay here.

Great place to explore shinsaibashi and dotonbori area, chikai desu, kawai.
