The reason we chose this hotel was it's easy to go to Tokyo Disneysea and Disneyland. It's great, only 15 minutes to Maihama station with no transfer. Twin room: big and convenient bathroom with big bath tub. Impressive: Bedroom is quite small but it's ok. You can buy 24, 48, 72 hours metro pass at the hotel front. Hotel staffs are very friendly, informative and helpful. You can leave the luggages at the front before checking- in (they already brought our luggages to the room when we came back) and after checking- out The check-in process was quite a long time, however the check-out process was very fast and easy. If you have many luggages, you should get a taxi to the T-CAT limousine bus station and catch the bus to Narita airport. It's very convenient. (About 5-10 minutes from hotel to T-CAT and cost about 1000 yen/taxi, it took about 60 minutes from bus station to Narita airport for 1900 yen) You can buy the tickets at the hotel but can't book the time you want to travel so we bought the ticket at the bus station. (There was a promotion for 4 people discount to 7,200 yen)

This hotel was in a super calm and quiet area, was great for warming us up to Japan, but also would have been great for the end of the trip. Laundry rooms were easy to use and of great help. Plenty of free toiletries. Lobby has a nice easy sitting area to hang or eat. Very close to Ginza so perfect for shoppers.

Hotel staff is very nice and help! But the property itself needs upgrades. The room is extremely small, I have spent a lot of time in Japan so I know most of the room in Japan is small, but this one is even smaller for the price I paid. The floor (carpet) was also not clean, and room is smelly as well.

The hotel itself is good, clean and feels safe. They provide all toiletries, from cleansing oils and combs to robes and slippers in the rooms. Rooms are small but that’s expected for the price. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but at least there is a 7-Eleven and Family smart within 5 min walk.

Location wise - it was about 1.5km away from ginza shopping area and also Tsukiji market which we didn’t mind walking. Booked here due to it being near-ish Tokyo station (about 15-20min walk to Yaesu entrance) as we arrived via Shinkansen and could also take the airport bus to Narita Airport. Room was typical of Tokyo standards. Comfortable and cosy. Staff was really nice in helping to accept my taqbin from Osaka.

Reception staff was so helpful, breakfast was basic but good to keep us going. So many free skincare available. Small rooms which is expected but would recommend for location and amenities

Good location only 5 min walk from 2 stations. The Kayabacho station has an elevator at exit 1 and no escalator up to the street level (3 flights of stairs). There is no elevator or escalator up to street level Hatchobori station (lots of stairs). This is ok for a budget hotel and the room was bigger (16m2) than a lot of other budget hotels in Tokyo. Just don't expect to have much that space on the floor, if you have 2 suitcases. We didn't have breakfast here this time, because last time we stayed here there wasn't much food that I liked and the breakfast area very tiny. However, within 500m there is a Starbucks, Doutor cafe, Family mart and Lawsons convenience store if you need other food options. The room was clean and the staff were friendly helpful. I would say its ok for a short stay if your on a budget and want to close to some of the main metro lines.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms simple but comfortable. Check in and out was really simple, everything well organised. I would recommend going out for breakfast as the offer in the hotel is very small and 900 yen will get you something more outside. Convenient for Tokyo Station but very little near by other than that.

As a first time traveler to Japan and out of the 2 other hotels I booked for my 2 week trip, this hotel is one of the ones me & my partner absolutely loved so very much and missed! Everyone there was so very kind and helpful!! The area was super great! You have great ramen right outside the hotel a 7-Eleven around the corner as well as a Family Mart & Vending Machine inside and outside the hotel! And the best part is that you have the H line train station at a 3min walk away from you which was so convenient when going to the main part of Tokyo! You have Tokyo station so very close which was very convenient as well! Everyday they took out the trash in my room! This hotel has such a comfortable atmosphere, Also something that I wished I seen sooner is that they have a train line pass which you pay a certain amount for either 24hrs off use during your trips for the trains & even 72hrs, there offer was cheap and worth using! I wished I seen it sooner to save my self so much money while using the trains back & forth! Overall I will be booking again on my next trip!

Absolutely amazing location, very close to so many station including Tokyo station just 20 mins walk. Many restaurants options close by. Away from busy streets and crowds.
