Recommended hotels to stay in Tokyo 👍. Strategic location close to bus stops and MRT lines. Booked a family room and the room was very spacious to open 3 large suitcases. If you want to go to Tsukiji Market, just walk. There is a family mart and a local supermarket near the hotel.

We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young teenagers) it was better than we expected for the price. The hotel including our room was really clean and everything worked.

The room with the king size bed was barely bigger than the bed itself, but the A/C worked amazing, the internet was decently fast, and the toilet seat was heated (a nice surprise!). The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful and there was included breakfast as well as a microwave available on the 2nd floor common area. Good location as well.

The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean, and I have no complaints about the room—it was well kept and felt good to stay in. However, the service and the way things are run just didn’t give me that “home away from home” feeling. Everything about the process, from check-in to check-out, felt very industrialized, almost like you’re just another number in the system. For example, they charge you even if you check out just one minute late, and combined with the other strict rules they have in place, it creates a bit of an awkward atmosphere. While the property is fine and the comfort is there, the logistics and staff interactions just don’t give off the warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to return.

Very disappointing experience for families staying with young children. The description on booking site clearly states that children under 6 years of age stay for free using existing bedding. Based on that, I booked an upgraded room that listed two twin beds, one sofa twin bed, and one twin trundle bed. I even confirmed directly with the hotel beforehand that bringing my two young children (ages 2 and 3) would not be a problem. Upon arrival, the room did not have the sofa bed or trundle bed prepared. When I asked at the front desk, I was told that my reservation only covered 2 adults and 1 child, and that additional beds would cost 3,000 yen each. Even after pointing out that the beds were included in the room description, they insisted I pay extra just to have them set up. I was forced to pay 6,000 yen for beds that should have already been included according to their own listing. This is completely misleading and unaccommodating. The hotel is not true to what they advertise and staff were not sympathetic and unwilling to listen or see where I was coming from. However, great location and nice facility. Would recommend to couples or solo travellers.

If you are budget traveller, yes. It was zoo n felt like not Japan, lots of chinese groups stay here. We got 3 bed room, no room to open luggage, but room had full shower, toilet, sink were good! (vs wasn't the unit bath all 3 in one tight room) breakfast was included and cheap. Location fantastic close to Tsukiji, has morning sushi. Make sure you go into small alley to find more authentic sushi. Buy japanese kitchen knife, soo good! And they ll fix and it many yrs to come. We keep bring our knifes back, they are best!

The Hotel was really nice and convenient for my family's stay. I really appreciate how professional everyone was, and the buffet was great!

Excellent, well priced hotel in great, convenient, quiet location. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Close to fish market for fresh sushi. And easy walk to Ginza area for shopping. Nearby public transportation. And bonus, if you forgot little items like toothbrush or shaver, they have you covered. Totally recommend to stay here
