Great stay at Shinjuku Prince, staff were friendly and pleasant, accommodating to requests as well. Room is considered average in terms of size of Tokyo hotel rooms, but equipped with the necessary facilities.

Very good location Can shop in the building. Floor 5. GU, 7th Floor, MUJI and in the center of the shopping area. It's near Donkey but Donkey's stuff is more expensive than some shops. Hotel service is very good. Leave the bag before-after IN OUT, the bedroom fits the space enough to pack the bag, shower cream, shampoo, conditioner of POLA. Ramen opposite the hotel is delicious and not expensive.

Good clean hotel near Donkey shop. The front of the hotel has a variety of restaurants, there are 7-11 luggage. And when it rains, ask for free umbrellas. The bathroom has a hot tub to soak.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room is small. It was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. You are right over the nightlife of Shinjuku but it I never heard any noise. Close to train station and lots of shopping and food.

The hotel was upscale and convenient. The underground rail station was located right beneath the street and had shops, restaurants, etc. to keep passengers entertained and shopping while they waited for their trains. Very practical and convenient!

Convenient property in Shinjuku, Kabuchiko area with plenty of food options. The airport limousine bus stops close by. Shinjuku Prince Hotel is connected to a mall and Seibu train and about a 7 min walk to Shinjuku Station. Can get a bit crowed and noisy at street level, but we could barely hear any noise from our room. Close to a Donki too. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are standard size for Japan
