Is this same with picture you advertising? You scam us by put discount and nice picture. Toilet outside the room not attached. You said our bathroom are attached. Air conditioner feel like heater. Bed itching. You are the big liar

We were deceived by the pictures in the app. We thought it was okay. Pay for 3 nights ended up staying only a night. Room is so bad other budget hotels with the same price is way better. Staff is nicely spoken though. Overall bad experience. Be fair for customers.

This is consider a big matter to me: the website mentioned shower is part of facilities. However, room 804 is nothing. Shower is not included. The room was dirty. Staff is friendly but overall hotel is dirty. Cheap doesn't mean cannot maintain cleanness. The pillow and blanket are smelly.

Dirty, bad and scary room and bathroom. The hallway so dark. Dirty bed sheet and floor. Very bad wall with holes. Feels like stay in a room that hasnt opened for years.

We were not able to use the room. We saw rats when we opened the door and wet floor. The register said that the property is a heritage place, the reason for being old and prone to vermins. I'd like to request for a refund, if possible.
