He is very nice and represents the true hospitality service during this pandemic. Thank you to other staff as well working that day given a 100% hospitality every inch of it. Buffet breakfast was amazing and W hotel maintain the standard of it. Oh just in case you might forget you have to get ready for a refundable security deposit myr 500. The gym was so-so although it was still closed. The swimming pool must book in advance if you want to jump in. Oh and my room view, I got it facing graveyard but it's OK reminds me of my late mom that passed away and today is her birthday. Lastly, do enjoy my pictures. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Traveloka.”

The majority of Kuala Lumpur residents speak Malaysian, often shortened to Malay, which is also the official language of Kuala Lumpur. Other than Malay, you might hear people in KL also speak English, Mandarin, and Tamil.
Tourists can get around KL without any hassle using just English. Malaysia used to be a British colony, and while they've tried to rename some English road names and buildings, many people here still speak English. You'll easily find English labels at popular tourist spots and attractions. Most restaurants, except for a few local stalls and coffee shops, offer menus in English.
