I had requested for double bed as bed configuration is important to me. Upon check-in the front office informed me that double bed is fully booked and asked me to take twin bed instead. I rejected the offer and asked them to work on something to get my double bed. I waited for almost an hour but nothing was done by them. Getting frustrated, I told them I wanted to change hotel and they are happy to let me go. I asked about my pre-payment and the front office informed that I have to deal directly with the agencies as I made the pre-payment through them. I was forced to take the twin bed or just leave it. I'm very annoyed at the way the front office handled their customer. They do not care about their customer needs. They do not feel apologetic and do not show any effort in getting what the customer wants. Their attitude of "take it or leave it" made me pissed off. I would never booked the hotel again and strongly not recommended to anyone who take bed configuration of utmost important. Furthermore the rooms are old and not thoroughly tidy up. A piece of towel believed to be from the previous customer was still found hanging on the window. Very bad hotel with lack of customer service oriented. Please avoid this hotel if you can. There are still other better hotels just next to this hotel.

Good day for all tourists. I just want to share my experience when i stay at that hotel: 1. First we don't get any shower gel or shampoo, mineral water even tissue paper that normally they should arrange must have item at room for their customer. 2. What we saw from internet is different room and different price, explained by receptionist is was a free upgrade room from superior to deluxe but we feel that the room is so lousy that nobody wanna stay up there. 3. The bed is too old, we can't rest well, and at the middle of the night the shower and the water faucet Is too noisy if somebody use it, even the next door use the water the noise also can be heard from our room. 4. The room is so bad, got many baby cockroach. we ask for changing room but they said there is not available room there. And only can give us. 5. The most don't wanna happen thing is something happen at our room when we were late for coming back to hotel and didn't check out, so we planned to book 1 more day when we go upstairs we found our luggage has been moved and changed code, we don't know who did it. I used to told what happen at receptionist but we didn't got response from there. seems like they act like nothing happen. But we sure they will close this case because among the corridor they didn't have camera. All tourists, I think I've been fooled by this hotel image. We just don't want to make a big complain and don't want to make a fuss at this hotel that's not mean we are easy to be fooled. We wrote this, and don't want anyone will be like us. I really don't enjoy myself there. Hope you guys think twice too.

Cafe is not open by 7. We have to wait almost 15 minutes afterwards to have our breakfast. Definitely wasting customer’s time and their staff is NOT friendly at all. Management must sent their staff for increase their customer service courtesy!

The only good things from the hotel are cheap and big rooms and have a lot of space in the rooms! No water in the room. The glass is very old and dirty, towels almost brown like rugs. I stay 3 nights in 602 rooms, the second day we have electric switch off for 4 hours! And in the 3rd night the aircon was not working, so hot. Never wanna come back here.

the price wasn't expensive. just the location not convenient. if you want to go somewhere need to take a taxi. well the reception staff was helpful if you want to go out you can ask staff help you book a grab. it was cheaper than taxi.
