they charged me 100 RM because we arrived at KLIA at 8:30 pm. they said it was too late to open the door and need extra fee. wtf. Moreover they asked us to move to other apartment which was further than the real apartment that I booked. so annoyed.

It's a shared apartment. 3 rooms inside. The room is not cleaned on daily basis. Pretty basic stuffs available. As for the rest. You just need to sort it out yourself. The owner is very much "to the point" kinda guy. You will need to be picked up by him somewhere near to the apartment, you can't go straight directly to the place. Price is perfect. Location is perfect. Plus points.

Near twin tower mall suria. There was one of the heaven made for rich shoppers to shopping branded stuff and easy to buy food in the morning there food market in front of the main gate room very nice facilities ok but the towels I hope the owner change to white ones. Easy access for free bus rides along with the city

The picture displayed is totally not the same as actual... the room looks like a museum rather than a room. The toilet is so small even I don't know how to open the shower. Parking I need to add another RM30... late check in I need to pay to the owner.. after 8pm RM100... after 12 RM200...wtf!! I never check in with this kind of stupid rules...i don't get access card to the compound and the owner asked me to told the guard that I just move in and access card is still in progress.

I was order idaman residences but end up I need forced to another residence due to the reason and said the room is full. Can’t get what I booking at first. Pls take noted, the rest is far is acceptance.

It’s great at Idaman. But one day before my flight, the management sent me a message if we have to move to other apartment because at Idaman Residence was full. It’s okay to move there, but I booked for Idaman, then they gave us the others. The thing that is so weird — when I checked the availability of the rooms at Idaman Residence, it was available.

The room is ok for me, but the owner make like we not pay for the room... We can't sit down or waiting long time in lobby... And when we check out, the owner bring us outside from the residence so security see us as his family but only drop out 5m...

It's a sharing apartment. With the kids noise really annoying. The bathroom has a big glass with a shade which can see through. The boy went through the balcony and peep into the bathroom. We have to get the cloth to cover it. Have to pay extra for the parking. Mr Malik was the person in charge was helpful but he can't do much as the condo owner can't negotiate on that. TV only can be use with our own laptop. No channel... Total waste of my money. I really regret it.
