We stayed for 3 nights with pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is only a 3-minute walk from the Bukit Nanas monorail station, the check-in process is fast and easy, the room is clean, toiletries, hairdryer and iron are available, the breakfast is delicious and there are many choices, the staff is very friendly and always helpful, in front of the hotel is the GOKL stop, our criticism is that the mattress is not comfortable and the wifi connection is very slow.

Very convenient if you are staying to be near to KLCC, it is very basic but so comfortable and very clean. Would definitely book again if there is a need to stay near KLCC. Easy to navigate from klcc lrt station. Plus point is that Downstairs at the lobby also have 7Eleven and connected to Sup Hj Abu restaurant if you are craving for Nasi kandaq (superb).

Just nice for 4 star hotel. Location is great. Can go KLCC & Bukit Bintang just use the Bintang Walk.

Stayed here for 2 night. Strategically located hotel in the city centre. Walking distance to the KLCC, Saloma bridge & lrt station. Spacious room and are dated & seriously need of refurbishment & upgrading.

Great stay and the staff was friendly and even greeted me at the entrance. The room is okay and only that I did not find room slippers to wear. Lift is super amazing and fast.

Nice hotel, has all facilities that we needed, clean room, bathtub, near to pavilion Bukit Bintang area (just walk) as well as Twin Towers. Food was very good. Urgent medical assistant was good (because my nephew got bruise), wheelchair for my mom was available always, swimming pool was good, when we went to Genting Highland, staff was arranging good taxi driver, and overall fantastic experience we got here. Very recommended.
