Check-in was smooth, and please take note that the hotel requires RM100 for a deposit, so keep some cash ready. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also sent a WhatsApp message to customers after checking in for further assistance (this is good). I requested a quieter side of the hotel because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel was able to provide it. Overall, very satisfied with the room and service.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur to celebrate our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Special thanks to Ms. May for her kindness and attentiveness — offering ginger tea and cookies when my wife wasn’t feeling well. Also, thank you to Mr. Sam for being so helpful during our stay, and to the chef at Gobo Chit Chat who thoughtfully surprised us with frozen rendang — such a heartfelt gesture.
The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the anniversary room decoration was beautifully done.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm hospitality and a memorable stay in KL!

Swimming pool just okay with a nice ambiance. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Good and fast service. All here are in perfection. I love my choice for Mandarin Oriental KLCC.

The room is quite spacious, as seen in the pics in the internet, equipped with living room, dining room, kithen island with hob (though I didn't have time to use one), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dining cutleries, drinkable tap water, and washing+drying machine. Recommended fot those traveling with family.

Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur
Outstanding heritage hotel with a strong customer service focus. Rooms are large, well furnished with some traditional Malay decor. Breakfast buffet is varied and all food is of a good quality. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur City Centre
For a person who hates cold but loves swimming, Hotel Maya's hydrotherapy lukewarm pool is perfect. And the room's bathtub is lovely. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
