Dirty, many corridor lights Some are dead, the bathroom is dirty Every floor area is littered

I really enjoyed staying here. It's cheap but in a great location, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. I'll stay here again next time I'm in KL. Thank you.

Friendly staff. Very strategic location close to Lot 10 and Pavilion mall, MRT and LRT, Alor Street, lots of food that can be found here. There is a drinking water dispenser near the reception that can be taken at any time. The downside is, the room is not clean enough, the mattress is uncomfortable, the blanket smells damp, our room lights are flickering and the room smells of cigarette smoke even though it says non-smoking room.

The hotel is very ugly, the rooms are very noisy and very cramped, dirty, dark and scary, like a haunted house, dimly lit in the corridor to the hotel, the only advantage is that there is an elevator, it is not recommended to stay in because it is very dirty, the room is dirty, the mattress is bad and only 1 towel is given. . First and last stay at this hotel.

The location is strategic. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is free drinking water (from the dispenser). The room has AC, not too cold but not bad. The mattress and pillow my roommate said were musty, but for me it was fine. The bathroom facilities in the room were fine. In my opinion, generally good, worth the cheap price.
