The hiking trails are nearby and even walking up to the first checkpoint is very convenient. I loved my time there lots as an escape from the city life.

Limited accommodation options meant we picked this. We have been staying in budget accommodation so hoped that because this was more expensive we would be looked after. The staff didn't seem particularly attentive with us, and the hot water for the showers didn't work meaning that after a day of hiking we had ice cold showers. We ate in the restuarant and were ignored on multiple occasions.
