It’s simple , tidy and basic things are provided - very comfortable to stay . Clean beddings . We are able to cook as the self contained unit with cooking facilities, microwave and fridge with cutlery The staff at reception are very accommodating. We will book again on this property on our next visit in Dunedin Highly recommended for the price Thank you

Friendly host and staff. Clean facility, nice surroundings. Will be back again. Only advise is to have a temperature control for the heaters in the room which otherwise can cook you asleep!

Rooms are very outdated and weren’t that clean. Cold as well with only a tiny heater. Have to supply your own towels and the room wasn’t cheap for what you get.
