every single drop of water is color brown smell of the area smells like a prisoners cabin no front desk to assist tried different room - same issue. aircon is not working properly no towel had to go to diff in same night. cant stand to stay on this crappy place

The place is good for budget travellers. With a very low price you get to have an air conditioned room with its own restroom. Towels are also provided. They also serve hot water on your request. It has also a good location, walking distance from the beach or port for the tours, church, pharmacy, and food stores. The staff were very accommodating, they even allowed us to check-out until 5:30pm without fees. It was a good 3 nights and 4 days for us.

We booked a fan room but they gave us the airconditioner room the place is clean and relaxing. It is also near the beach and eateries so if you are hungry every establishment is just a walk away. We also have free wifi.

Very cheap,clean room, friendly and accommodating staff.. Very good location.. it was in the heart of El Nido...just walking around .. but one thing's not right.. It was the water.. hoping the owner will provide good water supply for their guest.. but still I enjoyed being with Alexzus.. 😁

For the price they charge, this is a good accommodation. Right in the center of the town, it has an independent small room with an attached bathroom. Comfortable for a few nights stay.
There are power cuts during the day and the water in the shower stinks. I understand these are problems for all properties in El Nido.

You get what you have paid for. Good service from the staff, location is in town accessible by walking.. i recommend if you are in budget.

I book tour A and C at their place with super cheap price. But one thing I can't stand there is their water, it smells like somebody died there, I almost throw up when I try to brush my teeth. Location is also good.
