Very bad room, I have changed 3 time of the room but it still very bad such as Airconditioning not working very louder sound and room it very dirty. No more for this hotel

The room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious.

Our stay was so satisfying! Quality service and beautiful room! :).

They refused my daughters entrance to the hotel. Since they could not stay, I could not stay either. They were clearly allowing whores to enter but they would not allow my daughters. It was a clear case of prejudice. There is no parking. STAFF is mind numbing discourteous.

4:30pm we came in this hotel. So, all my booking was made online. I got receipt and the vouchers. And all of a sudden the receptionist told us to pay them the designated amount and the deposit fee of 1k. I told them i paid traveloka online. Which is they insisted to me in their system Is unpaid. So I got angry, I showed them my receipt and vouchers. Ang tagal naming nghintay sa labas ng office nila. Kalma lang ako kasi hindi ako taga dun. Mga 530pm n kme nakapasok sa room. It was tiring day for us kase nacancel ang booking namen sa Fox hotel. Malakas ang ulan ang tubig pumapasok sa pinto. Walang bidet ang toilet, tabo lang. Ok sana kung my balde eh tabo lang talaga. Mabaho din ang toilet walang ventillation. Masungit si receptionist pti mga staff nya. Ung mga staff nya hindi nakamask paano nasasabi ni reddorz na super sanitize and protected. I doubt. For me, I will not recommend this hotel. Kaya k nga nag ganyan para magrelax. Hindi yung susungitan ka nila. 0.1star sa inyo. Sana turuan sila maging polite sa customer. un lang. Masama lang talaga loob ko na pinaghintay kme ng matagal sa labas ng office nila.
