Palm Grove Saud Holiday Complex

From the moment that we entered the hotel, the staffs accomodated us immediately. They even carry their belongings up to the room. Staffs are very accomodating and even the owner's too. Super smile by Mr. Bull. 😊. Comfy bed, nice ambiance, most of all, tasty food !!! Me being a kapampangan, I do not expect satisfying food from other areas, since it is difficult to understand the taste in my mind. But the food here, gritty heaven! We ordered sisig and sinigang grabe sarap! We enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely refer this hotel to my friends!

The best aspect of this hotel is its friendly staff and of course the pool. The food is also affordable and almost everything that you need is already here. So it's a really good place to relax after traveling for hours just to reach Pagudpud.

What you pay is what you get. The room is fairly decent and smells good. It has a hot and cold shower. Their swimming pool is hot too! We had perfect swim for a rainy night. But other than that, their staff deserve a 5 star and more. We arrived on a rainy afternoon, their staff approached us in the car with umbrella on hand. Simple gesture but really says a lot. They were sensitive enough to your needs. Whats more commendable tho, was their joint effort to open my boyfie's car, who happened to have his car keys locked inside the compartment. We're kinda in a hurry and due to depart that very moment when the last minute crisis made way. Praises for their fast thinking and ingenuity, we were able to leave 40 minutes later, with few thousand peso saved for car repairs in case things get a little out of hand, and with hearts full of gratitude and thanks. Claps and cheers were everywhere from the staff and the guests. We were like a family member being sent off with goodbye and well-wishes. So to say, it's not just your go-to hotel. Its your home.. away from home. ♡

Clean room, keep it up! Very close to Saud Beach.

All the staff are friendly and accommodating as well as the owners. Location is quiet and relaxing. Room were clean and cozy. It's non beachfront, but its just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The food is delicious yet affordable. Must try their bagnet and adobong pusit. There's also a resto-bar and beer products are affordable. I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely go back to pagudpud and still choose to stay here at palm grove saud holiday complex.
