Over all we had a great stay here. The lobby has a good impression to us for having a clean and comfy ambiance. Also, want to acknowledge the reception staffs for being approachable and helpful to the guests. My partner reached the hotel from airport about quarter to 11 in the evening, as he reached our hotel room he said the guard outside was not able to help him with his baggage and he's a bit disappointed about it. With regards to the room my partner observes that the room needs a little redecoration. It seems that the room looks a bit old and also the comfort room doesn't have bidet but still we are satisfied with the services offered by the hotel. We'll visit here again soon.

The staffs are very accommodating, the room is clean and comfy, the bathroom is huge with hot and cold water but there is no bidet. Overall a great place to stay specially the location is very near to malls and restaurants.

Convenient location to all business establishment and mall. Lots of restaurants nearby. Food is great but pricey. Overall it’s fine.

Room assigned to me no so good looks untidy. No complementary bottled water. During the breakfast time I have to bring glasses of water from the resto to my room at 6f. Swimming area still closed even its 10am. I have to call 3x before it was opened.

Location is great. Close to all establishment. though I just stayed 1 night just to be near in PICC for my graduation. I wasn't able to enjoy the pool. The water was stagnant, dirty, cleanliness not so good found some chips on the sofa. The staff was great though.

For me it is an okay stay. The lobby and their restaurant seems renovated and modern. However, when you get to their rooms in the higher floors it looks like an old dormitory building. Smells old and not so maintained. The Bed is okay. The toiletries are available upon request. The shower is so strong and heats fast. The sofa looks so old and dirty. Ref is nice, flat screen tv and Staffs are polite and very attentive. Nice view of malate especially at night. Accessible by public transportation but you have to walk a block to get here, many restaurants, banks, clubs, night life nearby. They only have 2 parking space along the road. If full parking, there are a lot of public parking space nearby but for a fee and you have to remove it before 7am otherwise it will be towed away. Honestly, I stayed to many budget hotels but considering the prize and the room type, I will never stay here again since I did not gain a comfortable stay.
