Really good sized apartments, clean and well kitted out. Comfortably sleeps 6, without feeling cramped.
Small issue with the parking, in that the spaces were very narrow. Fortunately they accommodated me, letting me use the managers space.

The receptionist was so polite and helpful.She helped recommend a wonderful restaurant and a perfect viewing point of the city. The staff was friendly and kind. The apartment was clean and provided all of the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was located in a great location for walking to public transportation. It was centralized near the places I wanted to visit.

We have stayed here before. It’s a nice big apartment in a good location for shopping and eating out. The only thing I would say as a negative is that the hotel could put the heating on ready for your arrival as it is quite cold when you first arrive. It’s a big apartment and takes a couple of days for the lounge to really warm up as it’s a large lounge with one radiator that is far to small for the size of the room.
