So spacious and comfortable. Text and email communications excellent. Really clear and helpful regarding the check-in app, luggage storage option, etc. Apartment even bigger than expected, shame we were only there one night! Location perfect for us, right by the theatre.

We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. Also the location on dishwasher being farther from the sink. The washer/dryer is the one next to the sink. Overall the unit is spacious. The beddings are comfortable. The security system is great. Maybe hard for people that is not techy since the key are remotely by phone. If you dont have a smart phone- you be in trouble. I would still stay in the PREMIER SUITES buildings. I saw they have units in Edinburgh also.

I really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and lots of light in the apartment. Windows only open a little bit though. Plenty of sockets for electronics, including by the bed. It is close to many places to eat and there are a couple of Tesco grocery stores nearby. It's about 10 min walk to the Airport bus service. I assume it's a big saving as there is a lot of construction in the area. I would definitely stay there again. The downsides were very few, but the major one is that I only received information on how to access my room around 2 pm on the check-in day and it included the need to download an app as my phone was going to serve as a key. This is fine; but if you don't have access to wifi or don't have a smartphone or aren't quick to use it, it could have been a problem - I think the information how to download the app should be included in the information about this property and opportunity should be given to download and install it prior to arriving, with only the room info to be sent upon check-in. As there is no reception, there is also no option to leave the bags prior to check in. I would also recommend adding a mirror in the bedroom.

Two bedroom unit was spacious, mattress was really comfortable, lounge seating not so much (very low). Good central location and uber and other transport services in Glasgow terrific. TV in bedroom did not receive an aerial signal despite it being reported and investigated. Never fixed during 8 day stay. Welcome information poor. No designated parking space despite paying £20/night!!

The apartment was uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning. You can also not open a window for fresh air. I was promised that they would deliver fans to the apartment, but this was never done. They work on a virtual key sysmt through an app that needs to be downloaded to your phone, and this is very temperamental. We often found ourselve struggling to get into the apartment

As other reviewers state, the windows barely open and it can get hot in the unit. The bed was comfortable, and there was enough space/seating for us. It is 2 blocks from the Kings Theatre, and 1 block from sauchiehall St. - very convenient The bathroom had a heated drying rack - very nice Coordinating the entry into the building and unit wasn't straightforward, so that is the reduced "Communication" rating. Once it got figured out, all was good. There is an extra deposit directly payable to the Premier, so be warned that is due 24 hours in advance.

We washed a load of clothes only because we thought the dryer would work. We put the dryer on for a long time, clothes still wet, we then put on again and left it going overnight and still the clothes were just as wet. Extremely frustrating as we had followed the instructions carefully ☹️☹️☹️

Flat in exceptionally great location. I admit i wasnt impressed with the upfront requirements of the cost and the large deposit, which btw has yet to be returned to me. Flat was very clean but was not serviced so had to search and ask for some toilet paper ourselves. Space was beautifully bright with great views. I do strongly recommend replacing the windows as the amount of noise breaking into the bedroom and living room was very high and woke us up several times at night.

Headline news heatwaves now happen even in Scotland so note, not only does this room not have aircon the windows only open about 0.5 of an inch. The room was unliveable in during the heat, even with the fans provided. There are also some advertising anomalies to be aware of. There is only parking for about 10 cars so you are unlikely to get a space and will be told an arrival that you were supposed to book although no mention of this on the website. If you did manage to book a space its £15. The website shows a picture of St Georges Square but don't be fooled - this is their other property, the Bath Street property is near to Sauchiehall St. We booked a room with twin beds as my two teenage boys don't want to share a double bed. We didn't get twin beds so when I asked about this we were given a very small camp bed. There is no longer any staffed reception so you can't check luggage. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were promised a refund but to date (3 weeks later) it hasn't arrived. However as long as you don't go in a heatwave, or expecting parking, or to be in St George's Square, or to have the bed's you booked you'll be ok. Quiet, clean, walking distance to the centre of town.
