I wish they had all-women room. I cannot use the WiFi in my room which is located at the end of the hostels. The toilet room is smelly and wet all the time. Anyway the price is good and the hostel is near a MRT.

- Backpacking
Begin with a sour welcome from the receptionist, we had a pretty miserable one night stay there. The room is very small to packed with 6 people inside, yet the WiFi service is unreachable from our room just because we're late to checked in to "the best" room. It all wrapped up with the multiple power shortage in the hotel, as if they're forgot to pay the electricity. The good thing about it beside of its cheap price and very good location, was the bathroom and toilet that had plenty of water and a working heater.

It was not my first time, so I know about that place before

Backpackers hotel
I've been staying here for 2 nights, the staff very friendly they also give you a roomkey if you sign sort of document with them (usually they didnt give the roomkey) but is okay if u dont have the roomkey because they will give you a lockerkey for your value things. You will have a clean bunkbed with 2 or 3 bunkbed inside the little room (about 2,5×4m) for 4 or 6 person in one room. They also have second floor but with different door (you need to go outside the lobby and go for side building). The bathrooms are clean but they only have 3 shower rooms and 3 toilet for each floor for 18 users (if all the 3 rooms in 1st floor were occupied) so i suggest u to get up realy early in the morning if you want to have your beautiful shower in the morning :D they also have a laundry service. There is no breakfast but dont worry u will find bunch of halal restaurant outside the hotel. U also need to remove your shoes inside this hotel but they only provide sandals for bathrooms use only.

Rude male receptionist
Stayed here with my friends at work for 3 nights..the room where we stayed is quite small however they provided us with personal lockers..the security features of this backpacker hotel is plus point especially its accessibility to malkla and MRT..shower and comfort room are common for their guests so you might felt it weird that someone is watching you..no complimentary drinking water but they have hot water in case you want to have some tea or coffee (brought outside), no complimentary towel (need to buy at the hotel), slippers/shoes are not allowed to be used inside (they have area for all guests shoes)..but i think what important is the attitude of their male receptionist who we think are so rude (the way he answers us and did not bother to knock before opening our door ).the female one is much better to talk to.

Didn't meet my expectations
My family chose Adamson Inn for our Christmas holiday in Singapore. First of all, its location is great. Only 5 min walking to the Bugis MRT and 10 mins to Bugis Junction but it lies next to some kind of karaoke (not sure) but we heard loud music from our room at 1:30 AM in our first night here. Moreover, room is really small and lack of lighting. Bed makes sound when somebody moves. No towels available, you have to buy one for 6 Singaporean dollars. No food allowed inside the room. Staff is helpful and friendly. But overall, the price is reasonable. Hope you guys improve your facilities next time I'm here.

Really tiny room, squeaky bed, great location and service
Room was far smaller than expected. No door key provided, instead everything was to be inserted into a locker that can take foldable bags but not small suitcases, so beware if you are leaving your room for long periods of time. Bunk bed made squeaky noises every time someone moved. Also, climbing up the ladder of the bunk bed was actually painful on the feet. Location was very central though and easy to access eateries and MRT stations. Suitable for young adults and solo adventurers but definitely not for family and kids. Service was great overall. Note: Mosque is nearby and so you may be awoken by the azan if you're not used to it.
