The room was kind of dirty and unmaintained. The bedsheets were stained. One plus point was the toilet. It was spacious and big also very clean. Other than that the room overall was dusty and very dirty. But you pay what you get so 🤷🏻 ♀.

One of the best hotel I have stayed in Singapore. Although it is an old hotel but it's nice and comfortable. The room is spacious, clean and nice. Surrounded by hawker centre, restaurants, cafes, convenience store and many more. Bus stop and MRT station is also near. The staffs is also nice. Most important, the price is very affordable. Surely will be staying here when I'm in Singapore. Love it!

I've stayed here almost 2.5 months straight from end of June until mid of August. That's how awesome this hotel is. Dylan and everyone else in the reception, Winda and "uncle" the cleaners are amazing. Smooth check in and great location, very clean. The bus stop is just next to the hotel. 15 seconds walk. You can find food next door, health clinics, dental clinics, 24 hour laundry, hawker center, Giant and Fair Price. The tap water is drinkable! Only 15-20 minutes from the airport and from Orchard road as well. Will be back again in the future for sure.

All good, just boring only room, the room was so small for the price for me doesn't worth it cost that much you can get hotel royal actually with the same price and better room & better bath room.

It is very recommended for Muslims people because we can find a lot of restaurants halal food and the hotel near Mosque. So for people Muslims don't worries to stay in this hotel. ● Good & friendly staff. ● Rooms are clean. ● Near bus stop

The room is spacious. I didn't use any facilities though. Just one night's sleep. Toilet is clean. Reception area needs improvement. Loud migrant workers hangout at nights in the lobby area.

The Reception and staff are very kind,hospitable and very accomodating, The Place is clean and very nice to stay with very affordable price. Feels like home and you are very welcome.

Guy at Front counter very rude due to last minute I bring my daughter (3rd person in 1 room) but we are check-in late at 4 am. At first he didn't allow but then he told us make sure the 3rd person must out from hotel at 10am😡. The room is very bad condition, shower room no floor mat, TV only have 3 channels, air-con is not cold. Next day to replenish 2 sachet of 2in1 coffee staff need to take photo🤦Only given 1 key, Mineral water have to collect at Front desk. We requested make-up room but never done! At night very noisy due to beside Karaoke club! We will not stay there and recommend to our friends😡
