Some of the facility need to be retouch. Quite filthy and I've got my pillow very smelly. Near MRT Jalan Besar Exit B
Adding from my previous remarks, the hostel services have changed a lot. I don't know why. I suggest if the hostel doesn't want to take customer complaints or comments seriously, then why do they give this review for? Is the boss a kind of easy going person or do not worry about anything and just let matters flow and be happy just like that?
- Backpacking
Excellent location, clean & comfortable!
- Backpacking
my second time here booked 2 nights for 1000php only got to bring my friends and experience backpacking
I have been a regular guest who travel to Singapore frequently. Honestly, I have travelled to Singapore and stayed in this hostel since 2003. This hostel is beautiful with designed ok in boutique style, together with convenient location and great infrastructure of the bed dorm. however, I feel disappointed with the recent management as they have changed the service a lot. They removed eating cutlery, cups and even refrigerator as I can't even put my milk and some drinks inside the fridge. I am really disappointed with the management services. if they can reconsider to provide us the basic necessities again such as fork and spoon, refrigerator, that will be awesome.
From previous comments, I said before that the hostel need to give cutlery and provide refrigerator for daily necessities as we need to put our milk and other food products in fridge.
- Business travel
It's very basic and not really clean.
I have been a regular guest for the past five years. And I travel average three times annually. Since 2003, I've been staying in bunc hostel. Honestly, I love the hostel a lot due to convenient location and boutique design and the infrastructure of bed dorm. However this year, many things have changed. They removed daily necessities like fork and spoon, not providing milk. And they even removed the refrigerator where I can't put my milk and other foods. Honestly, I'm very disappointed with this. If they can change it back again like it used to be the last time, that will be awesome.
- Backpacking
In front of the hostel, located MRT Jalan Besar Station Bugis Junction, Tekka Market & Mustafa Shopping centre are walking distance from this property. A lot of food stall near by.
- Backpacking
