Good and clean and everything is OK.

Really recommended. Had 3 nights pleasant stay and the service was good. They gave me extra 1 hour check out because when I arrived the room still wasn't ready. Will be the top accommodation option to stay in Singapore.

I heard bad reviews on multiple platforms so I was a bit suspicious. However the stay was satisfactory. The location is ok, near bus stops and MRT. Facility is acceptable, not the best quality but would not hurt for a night or two. Staff was friendly enough.

If there 's any rating option lower than 1 star, I'll definitely give it without hesitation. I booked this hotel by 30 March and planned to stay overnight on 26 April. I reached there late as I've left the particular reason on app while booking. However, I was told the room I booked under maintenance and given two choices of either cancel or upgrade to double bed room which costs me around 320SGD, not a small amount tho. The receptionist in sight kind of dismissive by telling me the situation is beyond his responsibility (couldn't do anything regarding it). Should've told me beforehand through e-mail about the maintenance issue before I reach there.

Location is strategic, staff helpful, and bathroom is clean. Disadvantage just only free for hot water.

I booked this for my friends, and they said beside the room is small, it’s only have one electricity station and it used for tv so you couldn't charge anything. The reception is not 24 hours so it’s difficult when you have to check out at 3 a.m, and it’s on 2nd floor, so they have to bring they 25 kgs baggage from 1st floor by stairs. the room literally only have a bad and tv, nothing else. The highlight is only the locations. Very near to jalan besar mrt, foods, and anything else.
