There were so many small cockroaches attacking us. We had to punch it before we slept. We informed the hotel staff about this and fortunately they all gone. Hope tai hoe will be better in the future by deep cleaning all the rooms before the guests come. Thank you for the fast response.

I heard bad reviews on multiple platforms so I was a bit suspicious. However the stay was satisfactory. The location is ok, near bus stops and MRT. Facility is acceptable, not the best quality but would not hurt for a night or two. Staff was friendly enough.

I booked this for my friends, and they said beside the room is small, it’s only have one electricity station and it used for tv so you couldn't charge anything. The reception is not 24 hours so it’s difficult when you have to check out at 3 a.m, and it’s on 2nd floor, so they have to bring they 25 kgs baggage from 1st floor by stairs. the room literally only have a bad and tv, nothing else. The highlight is only the locations. Very near to jalan besar mrt, foods, and anything else.

Nice stay thanks to kind and attentive staff! Positive: Booked Mint room with Club Lounge access. They kindly upgrade to Mint Premier with Singapore Skyline view, slight early check-in and late check-out that allows to enjoy the lounge light lunch. The lounge benefits is breakfast, lunch, and dinner (with cocktails and alcoholic beverages) which even up to 2 children below 12 years old can join. The hotel seem to be generous. Room on 18 floor makes it very convenient to get to go to lounge. Room was clean and convenient. Pool on 6th level is huge with warmer and Jacuzzi and easily can spend quite a lot of time. Location of the hotel is nice to go to mall, or access via MRT. The WoW factor to me was the staff, they are always kind, attentive and helpful. I should say the thing that One Farrer hotel has won my heart was staff service, especially Mr. Malek at lounge and Mr. Vincent at front desk, they go beyond and above to do their best and provide the exclusive feeling! The service of them was steps higher than the hotel amenities itself. Also Jain Ng at lounge and some more staff who I didn't remember their name, majority are attentive and kind. Negative: Unfortunately hotel has some shortcomings in the amenities, perhaps because of the way it was built. For example the room still does not look that much luxury, and most importantly the sound isolation against corridor is very weak! The blue lights surrounding electricity keys keep turning on and off through night, which may disturb some people's sleep. The lounge was small with limited views. The pool in the level 18 is usually cold. The food can be improved in variety to add some premium items at least for lounge as some items quality was so so/not that special. Can see some tourists who do not wear masks even in lifts etc, but no one remind them. Overall, it was a great stay and recommend, especially thanks to the efforts seen by the staff at Front desk and Lounge, however, not to expect so much luxury as hotel amenities is a bit limited. I do hope that hotel can improve on rooms, add some activities (even adding tubes to pool would be very good initiative), and food.
