I really liked the aesthetics of the room and the hotel. Detailed in curating a good experience for customers. Room a little small but just right for soloist~ The bar looks very good on the exterior, didn't get to go. The breakfast was decent and valuable for price paid. Would want to go back here again or recommend friends on a solo staycation.

Awesome hotel, room is really clean, ammenities full and cute packaging, good service from reception and fast check in. Super strategic location, close to MRT, bus station and all great foods around. Very recomended!

Stayed one night at Good Queen Room with breakfast. Overall I will recommend it if have a good price, but do not expect too much as hotel space is limited. I think mostly good for solo. Positive: Great location, near to MRT and eateries. Clean for the price. There are some interesting designs such as roof, or restaurant. Good rain shower. Have some nice touches such as the Metis Shampoo or Water. View is somehow good if can take rooms facing jw marriott and towards corners. Breakfast quality and variety was good at this scale, especially the breads and prata. Reception staff were kind and attentive. Negative: Room is very small. Queen bed was small as well for 2 person. Some staff (especially those in restaurant) are very cold, without any welcome or smile. There seems to be some misinformation also in the hotel, like the room availability, or the wine game on the lift (which now become a mocktail which is only a spoon of syrap and a bit of Sprite).

Location wise: 9.5/10 (10 mins walk to nearest MRT) Neighborhood: 11/10 (walk around and you'll find plenty of hawker to explore local food) Staff: very friendly. Ground floor is a very nice bar and restaurant, a suitable place for evening chill-out. Don't expect a big room, but it 's clean and has a modern look, may be not the best place for family with kids but strongly recommended for business travellers.

Everything was great. Bella was friendly and made check in a breeze. Also this hotel really centres its relationships with its guest to make sure everything is running well. Yvonne, also did several follow up with me. Thank you team at hotel G! Room was clean and location was good with plenty of food nearby.
