Needs to seriously up its game
For a place with such a good location, it's honestly one of the worst hostel experiences I've had to date. From the moment we checked in, we were met with staff that were rude and incompetent. And it went on to follow that my belongings went missing from my bed - eventually after a lot of hassle many hours later - found in the staff only room... and on top of that, my bed (which i had been staying in for 4 nights) was double booked, so I was woken up at 2.30am and accused of having stolen someone else's bed (this also happened on our first night). Not cool, especially because my flight was early that morning. My regret is not having taken the time to find a better place. Accommodation can really make or break a trip to a new country. My advice - unless they get the staff the necessary training or hire new ones - you are better off in another hostel.

the worst hostel ever.
I stayed in this hostel for 1 night and I swear I will NEVER come back. First, the check in time is not on time, I already got the key 4.30 pm which is normally any hostels else let you check in at least 3 pm. Second, the staffs is so unkind and not helpful. The worst is the bathroom and toilets. Mix bathroom with lacks in many facilities, like door without a lock, no hanger inside the bathroom, no tissue, and bad smell.

Does the job and not a lot more
I don't like to give negative reviews, especially after traveling for 6 months you come to not expect a lot, but I felt compelled to make a comment here. The hostel itself serves a purpose, the location is good and safe, and it's a bed to sleep in. My personal experience of the staff was not very good, unwelcoming, unhappy and not at all helpful. They are there is person, but offer no service. When I arrived I was shown my bed only, it took me 12hrs to realise there was a kitchen that I could use, and I had to ask where the bathroom was. The bed was comfy, but the room was very small with no space to open locker doors without disturbing people. The room wasn't bad dirty but it wasn't super clean with bins overflowing and dirty floors. The bathroom, located next to reception smelt really bad that even after a shower is felt dirty, heaving whilst in there, horrible. It wasn't until 2 nights in when I heard a hairdryer working that I found another bathroom that didn't smell so bad. At the end of the day the hostel did what I needed it to do on a basic level and served a purpose, but I begrudged paying to stay here and was happy to leave. Had the staff and service been better, I might not have felt so mad with the rest as I have been in a lot worse.

Worst place ever!
Very unfriendly personnel, tiny rooms and no lockers. Breakfast is just bread, jam and margarine, self service and it's in quite revolting situation. Very bad price performance ratio. Stay away from this place, even for budget traveling. Pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere better.

Nice city hostel
Small hostel that offers reasonable value for money. The breakfast is included but don’t expect too much from it as it is only some bread, jam and tea. The rooms are clean and have lockers and hangers but the beds are quite wiggly and unstable.
