Good location, easy to hang out and go to work.
The small refrigerator in 1610 was not working very well. Difficult to call hotel staff because the in-room phone could not reach the front desk
The staffs really helpful as my colleague forget something inside the safe deposit in the room when we checked out. The duty manager made a quick respond to safe it and inform us well
Very recommended.. and there's "handy" a cellphone which is very useful..
Good service and hommy...
the best hotel in singapore. Recommended. You should come here! Thank you Novotel Clarke Quay Singapore.
Very good.. good service.. god location
Good. It's very near night eateries and cozy restaurants.
The location is great, near everwhere. The room is clean and spacious with very good WIFI and facilities available. The staff are very responsive to our needs and very friendly. Will come back for the next visit.

A nice hotel but.......
Staying 2 nights as a stopover on return to Sydney, priorities were seeing some sights and getting some good rest to get over jet lag after a long 15 hour flight from Europe. Our rooms on the 20th floor had great views of Marina Bay and the river and were more than adequate in both cleanliness and fit out. However, be aware that if you are staying over on a Saturday night, the noise level from the partying / dance raves from Clarke Quay below can be unbearable. Our rooms shook with the reverberation form the blaring music making it almost impossible to sleep. Luckily we were moved to a room on the other side of the hotel as I was told that the noise doesn't stop till 2-3 am. The night manger was extremely sympathetic and we thank him for his offer to move rooms- something that he didn't have to do. Otherwise, great hotel, good location and very friendly and caring staff.

Lovely staff and very welcoming, great views of the Singapore Sky and next to new Fort canning MRT
Staff were very welcoming (an especial mention of Kumi who checked us in [early] and ensured we had a superior room with a great view of the Singapore skyline). The rooms are of a good size and we had a balcony (but strangely no furniture to sit on). Decor of the room was a bit dated and lacking in character (very beige / 'vanilla') - also no individual reading lights for each bedside. Lovely big pool at this hotel and good open sun terrace that gets the sun all day - felt the poolside furniture and umbrellas etc. need a bit of a refresh though. Hotel is well located for the new Downtown Line Metro Station Fort Canning which opened in October 2017 also a short walk to the Metro Station at Clarke Quay. The hotel is very central for many of Singapore's main attractions. A downside of the hotel arises from its location at Clarke Quay - the deep thumping base and loud music from the many bars and clubs (loudest in the rooms with the best views of the Singapore Skyline) going on in to the small hours (especially at the weekend). Would not say this hotel is good value for money overall?

Great location, staff and restaurant
We enjoyed our week-long stay in this Hotel. From a wonderful welcome from Kumi Kanan... she diligently looked after us in a very friendly manner all week! ... to the amazing views from our room on the 18th floor out over the city and river towards Marina Sands. This was a Superior View Room with King bed so we did pay for that view. The location is excellent, right beside Clark Quay with all its nightlife and shops. The Hotel actually sits on top of a smallish shopping mall too so this was handy. The only two minor disappointments were that the room, while clean and functional, is now looking somewhat dated especially for the room rate. And when there is live music at the Quay, the bass can disturb a little ... albeit the balcony glass is all double glazed so generally the room was quiet. The restaurant buffets were good and diverse and the staff excellent and very friendly. This is a nice 4-star Hotel, although somewhat pricey for those 4-stars. Yes, we would stay again next time we are in Singapore!

Good hotel in a great central location
We stayed in the Novotel a few years back during our first visit to Singapore, and then again more recently for a stopover en route to Bali. The facilities and amenities are all you need for a short city break, and the staff are great - friendly, efficient and all fluent in English. The breakfast selection is decent and good for families. We only really used the hotel as a base from which to explore the city, however did have a quick drink in the bar (which is very nice), and made use of the 7/11 located at the bottom. The hotel is also located on top of a mall, which is very convenient. All transport links including the train are within walking distance meaning getting around couldn't be easier, and the hotel is right in the middle Clarke Quay, which offers casual, quality and memorable F+B experiences. Prices are very competitive for the area, and so we found it to be good value. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone when visiting Singapore.

Very nice for a weekend escappe
Love the location, great views from higher floors wit rooms that have balconies and great panorama of the river. Literally in the Clark Quay walking path so seconds from the bars and pubs. Specious rooms and very clean, love the amenities in the bathroom. Nice pool area wit a pool that you can chill in or have some laps, convenient price and service is ok..The age of the building is noticeable yet upkeep maintenance can be seen doing a good job.
