Great stay, check in was smooth although there was quite a queue. Room is huge. Balcony is huge. All was pleasant. Only if there are food stalls or 7 eleven around, would be much better. Need to stock up food and drinks.

Hi! Ill break down my reviews into different sections so you can scroll and read those that interests or concerns you :) Price: Price point was pretty decent $150 for a large room ! On a weekday ! Additional $100 deposit, (bring cash ! As credit card transactions will take 2-4 weeks for refund). Location: Before booking this place I read a couple reviews which said it was inconvenient, but me and my girlfriend found it very accessible to orchard or stevens! Theres two bus stops about a 3 min walk away! It's quiet and situated on the slope of a hill! Had lots of nice floral and properties nearby:) Room: A couple of concerns regarding their rooms! The front desk staff mentioned that they were upgrading us to a better room which was recently renovated! However, it doesn't look like it….there are cracks on the ceilings, clearly visible water damage near the aircon, (the aircon was noisy but works super well), the curtains had holes, the shower room had mold, shower glass was slimy 😅. I'm not someone who is usually particular regarding such issues, but since I was told it was recently renovated I was expecting a better condition and maintained room. The bed is two singles though we requested for a big bed which cant be moved. The mini-fridge was warm rather than cool, the water in the shower is either extremely hot or cold which was a bummer. The bed was super comfortable however the blanket wasn't well washed there were stains and it was clearly old. Plus points were it was a huge room and a big balcony 👍👍 super impressive. Service: Customer service was brilliant! Was served by ms Chloe Zhou! Super friendly and patient! their security guard was also very chill and friendly! However, their staff had a lot of miscommunication, when I called to check if we could have visitors over a male staff said no, however upon check-in we were told we could. Another time was a staff, who called to tell us we were late for our checkout despite being told we could check out later! It was confusing for us :( Overall their customer service was good! But their communication has to improve:). Amenities: I didn’t visit much of the facilities, but they had 6 vending machines which had things like painkillers, cream, pretzels, playing cards, etc. was a cool plus point! Though some of the vending machines are empty 😅. Overall rating 6/10 I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience! Definitely amazing! And would return if the rooms were actually in a better condition:) it's worth it if you want an economical and quick getaway from the modern buzz. Hope this helps you make an informed decision!

The room is big and clean. Its a nice place to stay in.

We booked two rooms for five persons. I did not indicate to them beforehand. They prepared one room with king size bed, another with a single plus queen size. Rooms are huge. Clean and serve its purpose. They do not have a pool but we do not need one. It is near to orchard and great. Early check in at 2pm and late check out at 12pm. Good stay overall. But room ssrvice has no one picking the phone.

Huge room for superior, the toilet is soo clean.

The room was really spacious for 2 people, loved the balcony. Overall a great experience but would be great if they could invest in bidet for the room toilets. They had complimentary parking tickets for guest who drive and spacious parking lots. Great hotel.

The room is spacious and clean, friendly staffs. Good choice for staycation with the family.
