Overrated hotel. The only good thing is the location, it is very convenient and only by walking distance to universal studios. Other than that, its very ordinary, not different like 3-4 star hotel. Concierge service was bad, food was very ordinary, room was spacious but old. Not worth the price you paid for. Definitely waste of money.

A pleasent hotel for staycation, room was spacious and with all the amenities provided was good, clean, and tidy even this is a pretty old hotel style, swimming pool was huge with a beach kind of style for the children and also water splash, my kids was very happy and if you want to buy some meals just go outside near to the hotel with many kind of food, USS, sea aquarium just steps away. All staff very kind and helpful, thank you for the services. Over all is 5 stars

The room is not so clean, the room service closes early, the flush doesn't work properly, we were missing a remote control for the TV when we arrived, the breakfast is not so good either. The only perk of this hotel is that the location is walkable distance to universal studio. Besides that I am not really sure what other perks they have. I have been to other hard rock hotels, normally you guys maintain the standard pretty high. I am not sure why this particular one doesn't seem like a 5 * hotel.

Room was clean, staff were attentive and helpful. Can do without the breakfast. Shower floor is slippery. The suction mat makes no difference.

Nothing special from room and restaurant. The receptionist look pissed off if I ask many questions though I am a guest and traveler that need information 😠. The bell guys have more good attitude and service. The only advantage to stay here is the location near us and aquarium.
