Shopping & Culinary

Facilities are run down, old and dirty. They need to clean the rooms better, especially the bathroom. I don't know if this is the state of all their other rooms but based on where I stayed, I won't recommend this hotel at all. The luggage room is awful for guests to see, since you leave and take your luggage by yourself. the only good aspect is the hotel location.

Romantic Vacation

Nightmare stay to us. So much bed bugs at 5am and front desk person didn't give any solutions. Ask us to wait for manager at 10am. So I want them to refund back my money. I cant sleep in that room. So I check out at that time also since no solutions for us

When we first arrived the room was dirty, the desk was dusty, and the sheets was wrapped and no signs that it has been cleaned. the tv did not work and the breakfast I cannot even describe, I did not even bother to take pictures. The only reason I stayed was it's walking distance to Ferrer Park MRT and the receptionist was quite helpful during check in & check out though.

Hotel premises & Room was not at all clean. Arrogant staff. No proper treatment to online booking customers. Not providing single water bottle as a complimentary. Breakfast place is not hygienic. Not suitable access for disable traveler.

The room which was given for us was unclean and full of cigarette smell... then when we let them know they changed our room which was good... but this room was too small and unable to close the bathroom door properly... overall for one day it's ok... but if your staying for more than one day I won't recommend this place...
