I paid full price without SGVouchers mind you! Too many negative experiences at St Regis. All my complains have been handled by the relevant department. Truth be told, very disappointed and will I purchase again next time? No. Will I stay at St Regis again? Yes cos given complimentary night stay. Things I faced: - Poor phone conversation with Customer Service Officer, Sage Luo, at 4am for a last minute special request. I complimented her for her cheerful voice but she replied, “excuse me?” and “I don’t get what you meant” Harh? - Check in staff was handling us with zero smile and st*ck*p face, as though she was the guest and I’m there supposed to serve her. Horrible! - Next day breakfast didn’t came at 8am but instead arrives at 12:50pm after 7 phone calls and a lot of dingdongs here and there - Chandelier had flickering bulb the whole night, I take that as the next level of being romantic with my husband on our anniversary celeb - Requested for chili sauce after the food came. Chili sauce came but food was already in my tummy. It came 35 minutes later at about 1:20pm The pleasant experience I had: - Doorman, Ali was engaging and polite -The moment I entered the room, it was huge and in awe. In the pictures, I had reservation cos it looks old and classic. In real life, it did blew me away. It would be fantastic if it’s not for the horrible experiences I faced from a reputable hotel. I’ve stayed numerous hotel locally and overseas. This is the first time with by far a lousy customer service I received from a grand hotel. Not worth the penny I paid That said, at least once, try experiencing the luxury feel the hotel room has got to offer. I’m gonna book a room for my parents 40th anniversary on the next visit but hoping their luck is not like what I had experience with my hubby. Work on the customer service. Deliver what has been promised. Many rooms for improvement. The design of the hotel. Interior of the room. Products that came with the room are fantastic. No complains. Except for the flickering bulb. And thank you Butler Team for decorating the rooms with petals though it was such a last minute request. Called in at 4am, checking it at 12pm - they got it all prepared for our anniversary en-suite. I would have sing praises of not for all the bad experiences listed

So many wrong things going on this hotel from the beginning we came. Check-in queue for check-in is quite take some time. After 30 mins wait in our room, the luggage had not been delivered to us. We had to call concierge 2 times and explain we were in a hurry to leave the hotel and must take our belonging in the luggage. Staff we back to hotel after shopping spree at 10. No one take or offer our shopping bags to be taken from the taxi. The staff just stay there like a mannequin. We must take the shopping bags on our own from taxi to the room. Room our room is 814 and the curtain had a hole on it. And check the bathtub, it's dirty and black in the base of the bathtub from the beginning we came. Like no one take care of the room. Check-out at night we call the concierge that we will need a taxi to airport at 6.15 pm. The staff said at 6.15 they will arrange taxi and had the concierge staff ready at our door bring us the luggage cart. This morning we wait until 6.15 and no one show up. We have to call again and the morning staff did not know what the night staff was said. Funny. We must start over the process again at 6.15, from calling the luggage cart and ordering a taxi. Good job st regis singapore for ruining our trip. And yes, we won't come back again.

The room is clean and the location is great, within walking distance to Orchard St. But that’s as far as the perk goes. When I checked in, the receptionist said that my reservation didn’t include breakfast, even though it did, and I needed to show her my booking receipt. After two minutes of talking behind the doors, she came out and told me that yes, breakfast was indeed included. What a terrible mix up, right off the bat. Breakfast was so meh, there was very little choice laid out for us to see and for the more intricate menu we needed to order directly, which was inconvenient because we couldn’t see the dish.

we stayed for two nights and had an amazing stay starting from the receptionist service down to the butler and the very well appointed rooms making for a very comfortable stay.

The St. Regis Singapore is a 5-star hotel that is located in Orchard, Singapore. This is the first St. Regis hotel located in Southeast Asia. This hotel is the epitome of luxurious living. They offer state of the art facilities as well as top of the line services. All of these are done with the utmost elegance. They express their hotel as ‘an exquisite oasis in the heart of a bustling tropical island state’. Besides being the first hotel in Southeast Asia, St. Regis Singapore is also the first exclusive Remede Spa in Asia.

St. Regis Singapore displays some of the finest private art collections in Asia. The art and sculpture are from a Colombian artist Fernando Botero as well as a sketch by a Spanish artist Joan Miro and also a local artist Chen Wen His. All of the art are placed in the hotel to elevate the interior décor of the hotel and the rooms and venues in the hotel.

How to Get The St. Regis Singapore

There are several ways to reach The St. Regis Singapore from Changi Airport. By driving from the airport, visitors will need to take the Airport Boulevard towards the ECP. From there the visitors need to take the Rochor Road to Bukit Timah Road. Then visitors will need to take the Scotts Road to Tomlinson Road. It will take around 24 minutes to reach the hotel. The distance between the two places are 22.7 kilometres.

Another way to get to St. Regis Singapore is to take the MRT. The hotel is located only 690 meters from the Orchard MRT Station. From Changi Airport, visitors should take the East-West Line that heads to Joo Koon. The train will stop at Tanah Merah where visitors will need to change trains and take another 9 stops and change trains at City Hall. The North-South Line is the last line towards the Orchard station. It will cost 2.40 SGD. It will take around 51 minutes to reach the Orchard station.

Another option is to take a taxi from the Changi airport directly towards the hotel. From the airport, it is around 25 kilometres. The rough fare would be around 28 SGD. The taxi will be sending their passengers directly to the hotel.

The St. Regis Singapore has many room types. They have the Caroline Astor Suite, Specialty Suite, St. Regis Suite, Executive Deluxe King Room, Penthouse Room King and Grand Deluxe King. All these rooms have 1 king bed in the room. They may accommodate 2 - 3 guests in the room.

Then they also have Penthouse Room Double, Grand Deluxe Double and also Lady Astor Double. All these rooms have 2 double beds. They are suitable for a big group guests as up to 4 guests are able to stay in the room.

All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, television with satellite channels and DVD player. There is also a mini bar with tea and coffee maker. All bathroom have towels and toiletries for the guests to use.
