Nice place but need more improvement from the staff. Always, we cannot find them at the hostel's front desk.

I would say it's an average management. Nice, friendly people around to converse with. The manager is a good person. The only thing encountered was that there were bed bugs and the bedsheets aren't changed unless asked to !

Don't go here. Multiple insects crawl on the bed, multiple! You're given no keys for the stay. Doors are always open. Dangerous. No AC during the day, only at night. Resulting in a moist insect infested bed. Very poorly maintained. Bad admins as well. I went out Immediately and change hostel as soon as I see the insects.

Air conditioners were so noisy. The bed sheet was not clean, giving no comfort and safe. So I moved to another hostel right away on the same day I arrived. I found this hostel become a bar on the evening at the ground floor. So it is not so comfy to walk around the "lobby". Wifi was working except on the 3rd floor.

Cheap and Worse
Are they cheap? Yes. Are they comfortable? No. A big No, the beds are very congested and the rooms are dark except for the dim yellow light turned on in the corner of the dorm. Air conditioning is bad and the beds do smell different. Not much space is available to keep the baggages inside the dorm. If you have many luggages, there are more chances you end up without enough room to keep them. Lift services are available, Water cooler is present only at the reception. Lots of eateries and shops are available closer to the hostel. The nearest MRT would be Farrer Park MRT. Getting in and around will not be a problem from this hostel. Unless you are on a tight budget and have no other options, opt for it. I stayed in a Mixed Dorm.

Bad
This is the cheapest hostel you will find in all of Singapore. You probably have travelled a bit, are accustomed to not-so-luxurious surroundings. You think you can cut it. You think you can live in a not-so-good place as the cost is as low as it is. You can't. If you are a human, you will not have the capacity to endure this place. Perhaps certain kind of customers are given better lodging than others. And there are no refunds. That's how this place makes its money. Insufferable conditions, low price, no refunds. Also, it's the epicentre of the Singapore bedbug epidemic. Avoid, Avoid and Avoid. It's a slimy fraud and nothing else. There are perfectly good hostel less than 20 meters of this place.

Just a average hostel
The hostel is quite dark and has an unpleasant smell. The room I stayed had bad smell and the aircondition didn't work well. The room actually dark. I actually had an unpleasant stay for 02 nights even I went out for sightseeing for the whole day.

the bed bugs are real and big.
i slept on the bed, and around 5 half finger nailed size bedbugs appear, i immediately left and book another hostel. They don't give you locks to your rooms, there IS no lock for rooms. I saw a mouse. YES a mouse, fleeing from around the Lockers area. the lockers are wood. there seem to be somebody living there like forever. Sketchy, hostile, not clean.

Don't waste your breath and money... This place is the worst!
Good point: - Location Bad points: - Bed bugs... A lot of them. I have around 50 bites. - There's cleaners, but still the place is filthy throughout. - Nobody sleeps until 2am, so don't expect a good sleep. - The damp stench throughout the rooms of the hostel. - The pictures on the website look nothing like the actual place. - I didn't read the smoking policy but people smoke throughout the corridors. - The building and room maintenance is terrible. Fans make a lot of noise, electrical sockets hanging off the wall, doors do not shut properly. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere. I wouldn't wish this place upon anybody.
