Albourne Boutique Guest House

My second stay at Albourne and it wont be my last. The breakfast was amazing and wholesome. Very friendly staff (Peter I think?) welcomed us and saw that we had a lovely stay. Rooms are clean and very spacious

This is such an amazing place to stay at. Glen and the team make you feel so at home and nothing is too much trouble - even waiting for me to check in at 22:00! Breakfasts are wonderful! Rooms are large and open. Beds are very comfy! Will definitely be back.

We only stayed overnight checking in 2100 and leaving 0900 but would have no hesitation in booking again.

Right from checkin everything was great. As it was a business trip I needed to check in late (after 6pm) and when I rang and asked they told me I can check in any time until 10:30pm The room was clean and everything working and well maintained

Superb guest house with excellent friendly service. Lovely spacious rooms - shower water tended to run out every time. Beautiful fire going every night. I would have loved a nice mug in the room for tea and a jug of fresh milk instead of UHT sachets.

What a friendly group of people! Great service, professional, and efficient. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, and a well maintained old manor house.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, we could not have been happier with the welcome, the hospitality, the helpfulness, overall service and the friendliness of Glen, the Manager, Audrey his very capable deputy and all the staff at the Albourne Boutique Guest House. If you want somewhere to stay that provides easy access to Cape Town (about 45 minutes drive outside of rush hour traffic); Chapman's Peak along the southern peninsula (about 1 hour); Hermanus Bay (about 1 to 2 hours depending on whether you take the pass or the coast road; and the Winelands (on the doorstep), then the ABGH is the place to stay. Certainly, when we return, we will be doing our best to stay there.

Brilliant hotel close to the airport so excellent for an overnight or longer stay, we only booked for one night but would book for longer as and when we return to Cape Town.
