Quirky cool property, very zen, enjoyed my time, wish I could have stayed now l more

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast. Rooms clean and updated, a bit of a tight squeeze for 2 people but fine.

Stayed one night and never saw hotel staff. It’s a self check in with a virtual key, I had to help an elderly couple check in when I was searching for extra towels. The room was fine, no real complaints there. The cafe was poor, there’s much better food everywhere else in Salamanca if you have time to go elsewhere.

No staff. No keys, just QR codes that stopped working. Got locked out at midnight on 3 occasions with no staff to let us in.

Old world charming interior yard and 21st century check-in. Ample balcony

We had a very nice stay at this property. The staff was helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, and the entire place was clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time here, the only suggestion I would make is to have more options for guests with gluten allergies. We passed on the breakfast because there wasn't a lot offered that was safe to eat.

Excellent location

Nice hotel but had trouble getting into room with key pass. this happened repeatably. Shower base fall meant water kept running into bathroom. This can be fitted by running a strip along edge of base. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Extremely comfortable bed and shower, nicely done rooms and we had a nice view of the cathedral. We also had a balcony with flowers overlooking the pretty little courtyard.

Cool, modern hotel in a quiet area of Salamanca. We liked the quick easy check in process. They send you codes to the main door. You'll use their registration automated screen to finish your check in and obtain your room key. The room was extremely clean. Nice comfortable bed and soft sheets. We really liked that you could connect Netfilx or other devices to the TV screen. Nice hot shower. The bathroom had a strange smell of cologne and tobacco, maybe it came from their vent system? The only we didn't really care for was the cafe. The vibe and decor in the cafe is awesome, but the food was odd and overpriced. Guacamole filled burrito (Yes, maybe don't order a burrito in Spain), strange dressings in their salad, and 6 euro for a small cookie. Even with the cafe we loved our stay, and would definitely stay here again.

The property was great! I really liked the automated entry system. I used my Apple Watch to unlock my room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The courtyard and cafe were great as well. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the property was. It is located in a quiet but great part of Salamanca, 5 min walk from the main square (city center).

El hotel está bien, limpio, cuidado, estéticamente bonito. La cama no terminaba de encontrarme cómoda, la habitación que me tocó era justa en espacio, cama, 2 mesitas, escritorio y silla, y una estructura abierta con perchas para la ropa. Para una persona bien, pero para 2 personas... Muy estrecho todo. El desayuno si no lo tienes incluido es entre 8€ tostadas de pan con tomate+café+zumo y 12€ el resto un poco mas contundentes cómo huevos con beicon. Se encuentra cerca del centro pero en límite de este. No tiene parking pero hay uno público enfrente bastante cerca. Tanto el check in como el check on tiene que ser de forma digital, así con entrar y salir del hotel y la entrada a la habitación igual. Todo lo tienes en un correo electrónico "llaves virtuales" aunque si quieres dispones de una tarjeta. Soy boomer y esto no dejaba de hacerme sentir bastante desconfianza. Por lo demás es un hotel aceptable.

Cerca de todo, desayuno bastante bueno, ¡tienen lo justo para que desayunes genial! Lo que si que modificaría es la insonorización. Por lo demás estupendo!

El hotel bueno.... Sin más para mí le sobra una estrella. Las chicas mejor imposible un diez, cuando llegué a las 12 hice el checking aunque sabía que hasta las tres no me daban habitación nos fuimos a comer y dejamos las maletas que muy amablemente nos recogió una de las chicas. Cuando llegamos a las 4 después de comer nos dieron una habitación pequeña con una cama doble y una ventana a un patio yo había contratado una habitación doble con vistas ala ciudad. Me dicen que no pueden hacer nada porque no hay habitaciones disponibles, que mi habitación la 206 se la han entregado a otro cliente que vino antes también con el mismo problema que yo llamé al teléfono de contacto y al fina a las 6 de la tarde l me cambiaron a una habitación algo más grande con una ventana y con vistas a un patio interior. Un cero total a la dirección.
