Hotel Kupolen

Good value for money.

Fine for an 8-hour stop, but dirty underwear found under the bed and facial hair was stuck on the bathroom wall where someone had obviously tapped out their shaver. In plain sight, can't believe the cleaners missed it.

No covers around the beds.

All right for one nights stay, free parking

Everything was ok except of that orher guests slammed their doors so loud. It was very disturbing. Why don’t they just press down the doorhandle and close the door like that? So easy and guiet.

Nothing special, quite OK hotel for a fee nights stay. Everything clean and simple

The hotel was nice, but the window view is into the building (shopping centre Kupolen), not to the outside. So you can’t open the window and can even understand if it’s sunny or snowy today. Not so pleasant feeling. The hotel is without any staff most part of the day and nights also. So if something happens it’s difficult to ask for help immediately. The neighbors were very noisy and I couldn’t do anything, in a reception could be on its place...

First day (Sat) breakfast was put in a bag in the fridge with left overs bread. cold shower because I was alone there or may be we were only 2 guests. Don't forget to wipe the floor after shower because if you don't your socks get angry. next day was normal breakfast. afternoon biscuits with the free coffee for short time and took also the coffee base which made it difficult to make coffee. Then, I woke up at 5am every morning freezing! Great location only. It is more a hostel not a hotel because there is no reception and no hotel services.

Small room but good location and breakfast was ok

We needed a place to stay for the night, this hotel had everything we required: bed, private bathroom and free parking. Nothing luxurious, but enough for the night.

Ok boende för en eller två nätter om man bara ska sova på hotellet. Riktigt dålig frukost! Serverad mellan 7-10. Kl 8 var det tomt på flera av faten. Juicen var utspädd och smakade bara vatten, brödet var gammalt, överkokta ägg, snålt tilltaget av allt. Ingen kul upplevelse! Ingen personal på plats vid frukost.

Bättre än väntat

ubemandet hotel, men så har man da prøvet det :-) fik check in oplysninger på en sms, og derfra gik det strålende.

TV:n fungerade inte tyvärr kunde Calle inte göra ngt för han var inte på plats. Kontroll av utrustning borde göras innan incheckning när det inte finns personal på plats.

Enkelt rent och fräscht småa rum med bra biytor utanför med kaffeautomat och sitt grupper med större tv.

Det började väldigt illa med en portkod som inte fungerade, ett rum utan AC vilket i sommarvärmen betydde 26,5 grader på rummet samt att det var en dubbelsäng trots att vi beställt separata sängar (att dela säng med en tonårsdotter känns lite konstigt). Men tack vare fantastisk service så otdnades allt upp med rumsbyte, fungerande AC och överlag väldigt tillmötesgående.

Enkelt och trevligt. De dubbla enkelsängarna visade sig vara en bra säng och en ranglig gästsäng. Trevlig enkel frukost. Helt OK boende, lite kul att bo uppe i kupolen.

Sov godt

Vi är nöjda, hotellet hade allt vi behövde. Vi gillade hotellets kuddar extra mycket. Mycket bekväma, vilket för oss är viktigt. Det var tyst, lugnt och behagligt.
