Hotel is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle service. It is also easy to hop on a number 10 bus and ride to the centre of Geneva for free with the printed pass from reception.

The shuttle service was excellent , the drivers are friendly and very helpful.
However the noise from the highway nearby to the hotel is somewhat bothersome! But the good thing is I was too tired and the bed is comfortable, so the experience was not too bad afterall!

We didn’t like the room and especially the bathroom!!
Also one of the female front desk staff was very rude and cold, however another female staff who took over for her was extremely polite, pleasant, friendly and helpful.

My room was small and, while generally clean, left some cleanliness to be desired. Older hotel, nothing special. Bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast, easy access to and from the airport. This hotel absolutely served my purpose for a one-night stay while working. Just don't expect anything but the basics.

We received an official email correspondence from the hotel prior to our arrival saying that their airport shuttle is a WHITE van, but after waiting for almost an hour, no such van showed up. We called the front desk multiple times, and one of those times we were again told to wait for a white shuttle. In the end, we spotted a gray/black van with the hotel name and finally made it to the hotel. When we checked in to the hotel and told the front desk staff about what happened they were not apologetic and dismissed the fact that the information provided by the hotel was incorrect. It definitely wasn't a nice welcoming after a long day of traveling.
