Friendly staffs. Good location

The room price is quite cheap, compared to the location that is connected with beach by only road crossing. The decoration is alright. It is full with complementary and breakfast. The weak point is parking. There are few parking lot, compared to number of room. You may have to park on the roadside. It is not recommended for the car lover. Others are great. You may not find the hotel with good location and resonable price, like this, nearly.

Our family of four had a nice stay at Villa Bali Eco Resort. Amongst the rooms there is a very secluded atmosphere, while the beach is just across the road. The restaurant does nice food in the afternoon. The breakfast could be a bit better, real coffee would be nice. The staff is all super friendly and helpful.

There staff no have service mind. There cannot support customer 24 hours as advertisment. She's said this resort not 7-11. It's strongly word they cannot talk to customer. We can understand the reason why they cannot support us at night if they change the word. Due to we have requested them to check on 9:00 pm.

Good services 10/10 they also provided a birthday cake for me, but one thing for the big problem of this hotel that made me upset and unreasonable to the guests who had already paid the money for the facilities. Actually, I planned to celebrate my birthday at the bar of the hotel but unfortunately, the hotel set the wedding event and the reception said, you are not allowed to use the bar and around that area after 4 pm! I was shocked Since I think the hotel management should be aware of how to handle the places inside the hotel and inform the guests before booking otherwise I wouldn't be here it is unfair that I already paid for all facility in the hotel and my plan was ruined by other events without notice. I think the hotel should be improved in this case.
