Parking is not enough It depends on your luck to get parking lot here

The room is a bit narrow, but the location is very good. There is limited parking in the hotel, but there is another parking lot. There is a shuttle service.

Pros:- Located in the city, convenient transportation, view of the Ping River, the room is quite beautiful. What needs to be improved:- The air conditioner is not cool (already adjusted to 16c cool mode), the noise from outside leaks into the room, both people walking, opening and closing the door of the room, the water heater fluctuates, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold, the temperature is not stable.

The bathroom is dirty and smells really bad. The hotel provided a deodorizer but there is still a bad smell in the room. The room is old, both the bedsheets and towels. The curtains are damaged.

The room is not very clean, looks old, towels, handkerchiefs look old. Forgot to put tissue paper, foot towels. Overall, I am not satisfied with this place.

The curtain rail in the room will fall off and hit the customer's head. The bathroom accessories hanger will fall off. The staff said that the customer stained the cloth, even though it was an old stain. The male staff member sat eating snacks without paying attention to the customer. The female staff member brought food to eat in front of the counter, which should not be done because it is a check-in counter. The balcony is dirty. The furniture in the room is very old. The hot water kettle inside has burn marks. The sink faucet will stop when it is moved. Check out today 9/9. The male staff member is sitting and stuffing snacks into the mouth and asking the customer questions while the snack is still in the mouth. Check out time is 9.00. Please check the CCTV camera. It should be improved and fixed urgently.

I'm staying at room 203, the room is small but clean, everything is fine except the funny pillar in the room right next to the bed and the awful blocked drainage, the bathroom flooded even your yet to finish washing your hair, B2 gotta do something with the drainage & my staying in room 402, no hot water 🤦🏻‍ ♂.

Best budget hotel. Strategic location. Room is clean and suitable for up to two person. Staff were friendly even though they did not understand English very well so you better using translator such as Google Translate. Another plus point is all of the food choice for breakfast is halal.

Next to the hotel is a pub which is very loud and disturbing.

After checking the room, the staff said there was a small stain on the drap. Even if it was washed, we still had to pay 300B. We just rent this room for 3 hours for transit before leaving to go to Bangkok. Hence, we have been cheated. We do not recommend you to stay here, otherwise you will face these terrible issues like me.

I live in room 203. Although there are curtains, the shading effect is very poor. In the morning I would be woken up by the sun which was bad. At the same time the soundproofing of the rooms is poor. I can hear everything in the corridor.

Great room, great location on river. Just 400 m from"The Good View"& Riverside Restaurants & night clubs. Can't go wrong here!
