The conditions of the room was terrible. No water in the morning & the room were very dusty and unclean. The hotel staff were not friendly and checking in process took very long time.

The hotel is quite old so that many of the facilities are not functioning properly, one of which is a less cool central air conditioner, a bathroom where the sink is not functioning well, but the hotel staff is very friendly even though the English language is not fluent. This hotel has halal certification from MUI Thailand, and one of the most important if the hotel staff asks for passports to be held as collateral, just refuse and ask for collateral in the form of money, because if your passport is lost it can be worse.

Overall, I think the hotel is good. However, there are rooms for improvements such as: 1) We were unable to turn off or adjust the temperature of the aircond in our room (629) as the switches were not working. We have to pull off the room key to switch off the electricity in order to turn off the aircond. 2) It would be nice if the hotel can provide kettle for its customers as there was no kettle in our room.
